As of January 2018, Mallard Apartments is operating under new management. Mallard Apartments is a self-catering accommodation in Ocean City, Maryland. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The property is just a short block from Ocean City Boardwalk. A private outdoor shower, TV and sitting area are included in each accommodation. There is also a full kitchen equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. All the apartments have a private entrance and equipped with satellite channels and flat screen TV. Some of them have a private balcony and a private sunroom, and some other ones share the balcony or porch. The property provides free parking (limited 1 space per apartment).

Reviewed By E9391JAewacDon't make the same mistake I made. I booked through Booking.com based on the pictures I saw, looked decent and clean. The property is a dump, infested, dirt, with broken furniture and hardly any space to hang out. We arrived on a Friday night for a long weekend vacation, and within an hour we booked a nearby hotel because we could not stand the thought of staying there another night. It was horrible. When we went back to the property management to complain, we were told that we were confused and booked a different apartment than listed on Booking.com. When we shoed them the pictures of what we saw on Booking.com, they said it was the website's fault that the right pictures were not showing. Honestly, the units are all within the same house, so hard to believe that one unit looks great and the other is completely dilapidated. Save yourself money and headache and book another property. It's a complete miss-advertisement.

Great Family Place
Reviewed By niiikkiiiiiiiWe came to Ocean City for a family reunion and stayed at this place in the 3 bedroom ocean front room. It was very spacious and immaculate. We had a great stay and the owners were so friendly. The man helped us ASAP when the TV wasn’t turning on correctly. Great service. It was a wonderful location, so close to the beach and boardwalk. On the first floor of the building was a delicious pizza place, PIZZA BOY, and a yummy ice cream/ cannoli shop, JULIA’S. The view from our balcony was incredible. We were on the third floor and could see everything below us. We will for sure be back. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend for families.

Reviewed By Patrice MI took my family there for a beach weekend and this place almost wrecked our vacation...first the quoted me one price and when I got there it was an additional $200 in all kinds of unnecessary fees, then we get in the room and we find bed bugs in the bed so we called to talk to the manager and no response until the morning. When we finally was able to talk to the manager after being yelled at by the front desk associate for them having bed bugs the manager proceeds to gets angry and tells us we just want our money back so we can get back home and then kicks us off her property and then proceeds to call the police...we never disrespected her or raises our voice in any way..all we wanted was our money back, I just wanted to enjoy my weekend with my family and have fun...it was the worst hotel and most horrific experience ever in my 35 years...DO NOT EVER EVER EVER STAY THERE!!!

Reviewed By gordonp946Our 2 bedroom suite was beautiful, clean, well stocked and a great location with close proximity to Washington DC. Surrounded by restaurants, bars and stores. We spent the day hanging out at the many Smithsonian museums, walking around the parks, the White House and monuments and at night we hung out at the National Harbour checking out the restaurants and nightlife. We would go back again?

Ocean High is a timeshare property located on the bay side of 32nd Street in Ocean City, MD. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom town homes with fully stocked kitchens, washer/dryers and almost everything you would need for your stay. We have a playground area for small children and a basketball court.
Nice place for a summer stay
Reviewed By Nancy DWe enjoyed our stay here. It's a little dated and the carpeting needs upgrading, but it was clean and the location is convenient. There is an indoor pool we didn't have time to use; it looked clean. Check-in was Monday at 4; I find it odd that their Friday check-ins are 6:00... DO NOT book here if anyone in your party has a problem with steps. There is no bathroom on the main floor (kitchen/living room). You either have to walk up or down several steps. The downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds - the closets were not accessible because the bed was right next to it although there is a wire rack outside the bedroom. The unit says it sleeps 6 privately. If you have 3 couples, that would not be convenient. The couple who is stuck in the living room would not be very private. There is an opening in the wall in the upstairs bedroom that overlooks the living room. Not very conducive to privacy.

The Lucayan is located on Assawoman Bay in Ocean City. Anglers will enjoy great deep-sea fishing. The Atlantic coast is only two blocks away, putting an endless array of water sports within easy reach. For your enjoyment, the resort has an outdoor pool and is pet friendly. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Check-in at the Coconut Malorie Resort, open 24 hours. Check-in is located at 200 59th Street, Ocean City, MD. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Ocean City is the only coastal community in Maryland that is situated on a barrier island. From golf, the boardwalk, and of course, miles of pristine beaches, there is something for everyone in Ocean City.
Lucaya Thanksgiving visit
Reviewed By carolyn115I believe the location of the resort is the best selling feature. It is two blocks away from the beach and way north of the Ocean City Boardwalk. The property management is offsite thus you call to get your door codes and ask questions about unit. I wish they spent more on refurbishing the unit; it is dated with mirrored walls and 80s decor. The mattress was pretty firm and I slept well. The stove in our unit had 1 non-working burner of four. The cable never worked with more than 2 channels and no batteries in half of the remotes, thus having 3 televisions was pointless. With a family of 6 having 2 bedrooms was great. The balcony had a wonderful view of the water inlet to one side and the skyline of other buildings to the other side. The only hiccup in our visit was miscommunication to/from housekeeping when they believed we were to check out 3 days before our time and they changed the door locks. Thankfully they let us know this before we left the unit for a day trip.

Reviewed By 412laurieqThis condo is AMAZING!! Much more spacious than the photos exhibit. Ocean View is perfect with the wrap around balcony allowing lots of sunlight. The master bedroom and bath were beautiful and spacious. The second bedroom had it's own bathroom and a tv. The third bedroom has two double mattresses and a jack and jill bathroom leading to the hallway. My husband was able to set up his computer and work surrounded by the incredible view. Our only disappointment was the pooL The weather was beautiful and we were told that the retractable roof would be open unless it as raining. It was broken the entire time there so we weren't able to enjoy the sunshine. There is an outside area to sit but we couldn't do that with our grand kids in the pool. l would HIGHLY recommend unit 505. Just make sure the pool roof will OPEN before you book.

Clean apts, great fenced in courtyard for kids to run, and close to boardwalk for our older boys to walk over to shops. We have come to know the others families that stay the same week as us. We will be back next year for our annual OC trip! ?

There was a desk chair and what looked like a chair that was in the dining room. Since it was a suite - i would have expected something more in line with a stuffed, comfortable chair. The room was clean, and the things provided in the kitchenette were adequate; the refrigerator, however, ran all night - and sounded like a diesel engine. The breakfast was second to none.
