Lomo Blanco is well known by all types of holidaymakers not only due to spacious and well equipped apartments and on site facilities, but also to the unique location of the complex. It is safe and comfortable for families with kids. Virtually central, but in a quiet location at only 150 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and the promenade and at 10 minutes walk to the heart of the old fishing village of Puerto del Carmen with its traditional bodegas and fish restaurants. Apartment infested with ants Cleaners not doing there Job had our floor mopped once in our 18 night stay and that's only because we asked . We had to book another hotel for a few days just to get away . We did 3 nights in another hotel to come back and the cleaners still haven't been to change our bedding and give us fresh towels. Finally had to move apartments as ants where everywhere. In the new apartment to find dirty underwear under the bed and in the bin. We have been to lanzarote many times and stayed in several different hotels and this is the only one I needed to complain about.

Since the 15th of June of 2014 the property changed the management of the complex with all new improvements. Since that momento we changed the name into Palmeras Garden. Located in the Montana Roja in Playa Blanca, the Palmeras Garden Hotel offers quiet and modern accommodation, perfect for a beach holiday in Lanzarote. Just a short walk away you will find Playa Flamingo (a sandy cove), and several shops and restaurants. If you want a larger selection, the centre of Playa Blanca is pleasant half hour stroll along the coast. With a good range of bars and restaurants, it is a great place for an evening out and there are reasonably priced taxis for those that do not fancy the walk home. While staying at the Palmeras Garden complex, more active guests may want to take advantage of the tennis court. The island has interesting but stunning scenery and guests can experience this with the Timanfaya Volcanic Park nearby, with beautiful landscapes, historical buildings and interesting architecture. It is also famous for its beautiful weather and idyllic, white beaches so you can choose to sunbathe on one of the many beaches or in the comfort of the apartments, while sipping a cocktail by the pool. The Palmeras Garden Apartments are ideal for couples and families looking for a memorable beach holiday in beautiful Lanzarote.

Reviewed By jrcj79We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, We had a one bedroom apartment that was very spacious, modern, Finished to a high standard with a huge terrace, chairs and sun umbrella. It was immaculately clean. The apartments are cleaned daily to a high standard. Even on our last day they called at 9am to check if we needed fresh towels as the checkout is 12 noon. The complex itself is set in beautiful, well-kept surroundings. Just the way we like it, tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle. The pool is lovely and a good temp, there is a pool bar too, serving drinks at the best price we have seen in Playa Blanca. There is also Bar Arenas that serves good food and drinks at a very reasonable price. Staff are welcoming and will do anything to help. Majority of staff are British. Within 5 minutes walking distance there are 3 restaurants and an ATM • Argentine steak House • Italian restaurant • Greek Restaurant It is long walk to the centre, easily done it 15-20 mins if you are up for up it. As it’s a lovely walk along the coast line. Alternatively behind the hotel there is a number 30 bus that you can take into centre ( 1 euro 40 cents) it take less than 5 mins on bus to centre. Beware the bus stops are named differently coming back (bus stops have different names, even though they are opposite). So to get on going to town its called Natura palace (time table attached), coming back get off at Bajo de los Risios. You need a face mask to travel on ANY public transport

Reviewed By Michael Gi read review before i came here and i can understand why people come back to these apartments again and again.cannot find any fault with these apartments.they are not luxurious but extremely comfortable.great hot showers.comfy bedseverything you need.amazing maids and reception staff.books in the apartments books at reception.any slight problem fixed extremely quickly.but the absolutely best bit about these apartments has to be the views.there are other apartments in lanzarote with sea views but here you have views out to see plus boat and harbour views.highly reccommend and if you stay here highly recommend the unide supermarket just outside the apartments.prices very ccompetive sometimes cheaper than bigger supermarkets in town

Costa Volcan Apartments are located in the tourist area of Puerto del Carmen, 200 meters from the beautiful Playa Chica and Avenida del Mar, main road of the area where you can stroll by the sea, to shop in the improvements island shops and enjoy a wide variety of the best Restaurants, located by the sea. The apartments are located on a large plot, in addition to its position and design have wonderful views of the sea and pool, plus many hours of sunshine. It has 90, 1 bedroom apartments, several of the apartments overlooking the sea. A large solarium with hammocks and parasols, and 2 pools (1 adults pool with built Spa and 1 children's pool). A wonderful restaurant with a large terrace by the pool, with a variety of different types of food, open all day. 24 hour reception service, diving school, laundry room for guests. Wifi in all apartments and common areas.

Reviewed By 835eithnehWe stayed here during Christmas & New Year 2021/22, location of the hotel is excellent and very close to the old town & the new town. So very easy for getting around. Apartments could do with being updated, though in saying that they were basic but nothing wrong with them. We stayed in one close to the Drunken Monkey, so if your not staying out at night there would be noise. This didn't bother us as we were out late. There was quite a lot of noise early in the mornings with traffic, so if booking again i'd prefer one looking out on the pool area. Apartments were clean and towels were changed regularly. Staff and reception very good. Great spot for a budget trip and well located.

Reviewed By Nicolab280487This was our second stay at costa mar, our first was 5 years ago. The hotel and rooms are clean. We had a ground floor room in block e. We had two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. We stayed self catering, room had a hob and basic cooking utensils. Across the road from the hotel is a spar. Towels are changed regular. The staff are all friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel is across the road from a beach and has a few shops and restaurants outside. Transfer from the airport was around 12 euros. You can walk to the main strip in 20-30mins, or 5euro in a taxi. We would stay here again.

The Bungalow is cleaned every day expect on Fridays and Saturdays, where cleaning is probably reserved for arrivals and departures. The swimming pool depth is uniform at 1,7 m so, it may not be perfect if you have small children. Very quiet, at least at this time of the year. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Neptune Suites is an apartment complex located in Playa del Jablillo, which enjoys a prime location in Costa Teguise; perfect for those looking relax and enjoy an excellent holiday on the island of Lanzarote. Specially designed for anyone who wants to get lost and disconnected, only to adults. It is a complex in first line beach, has 42 rooms, most overlooking direct ocean. All rooms are spacious: living / kitchen with fridge, water heater and other basic utensils, large bedroom safes and a private terrace. The resort offers a delicious buffet breakfast with quality food, healthy and improved each day. Neptune Suites offers a variety of services: car rental, bike rental, nearby hairdressers, massage, manicure, excursions around the island of Lanzarote and the island of Graciosa. Recreational amenities include free Wi-Fi access. El Neptuno restaurant, directly in the same complex, is one of the most popular of the island where can taste wines and canaria tipica food. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, bars and gift shops. Neptuno Suites viste your walls with the artistic works of Lanzaroteno: Nicolas Laiz. Practically submerged in first line beach can enjoy a beautiful beach protected by breakwaters and surrounded by palm trees that the very nature leaves us into the empty tide forming a wonderful natural pool of crystalline waters. They treated poorly our pets/ trato pésimo hacia las mascotas
Reviewed By 790priscilatWe choose this hotel because it was supposed to be a dog friendly hotel but the reality was far from it… We even had to pay an extra supplement of 50€ for each small bichon maltés per night. However this is very. misleading, as to my big surprise, my dogs were not allowed in any pat of the hotel, except in the room, and we were constantly asked to leave with them and not welcome in any part of the hotel. This included the pool area, terraces and even walking from my room to the outside gate. Despite being a ‘dog-friendly’ hotel, there were absolutely no commodities or facilities for the dogs. The dogs are actually quite well trained and well-behaved, and try not to mingle with people as much as possible but the management indicated that the access is only to keep the dogs in the rooms - so please factor this in your decision before booking this hotel. The management also constantly checked the security camera and asked the receptionist to tell us off. Note that there are also no signs that specifically says to keep the dogs away - e.g. from the pool area, but we understand from the management that there are no signs, as they want to give the impression that this is a dog-friendly hotel, when in reality its not. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and can say for sure that it is not dog friendly.

Reviewed By AlibalioStayed 10 days at the villas with my partner. We enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with a good location for getting out and about. This place fits the bill. The villas are exceptionally well equipped and clean - like a home from home. As well as the usual self catering basics for 4 people, there is even a toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. AND a BBQ on your patio. I watched the staff clean the pool and all the sunbeds regularly. We had a villa near to the pool but all of them are easily accessible. There is a shared hot tub and also two private sunbeds on your patio with an umbrella. Even beach towels and dressing gowns are provided. The staff are helpful and friendly. It only has a part time reception service in the mornings but that's all you need. The cleaning staff will come and do as little or as much as you want - pop the sign on the door for service. I really cannot fault this place. They just seem to just go that little bit extra to make a self catering experience very good. Arriving at 9.30pm, there was no one to welcome us but we felt immediately welcomed when we opened the fridge to find it stocked with cava, beer, soft drinks, milk, water, ham, cheese, olives and chocolate! Also a selection of snacks and teabags, etc on the table. Perfect - no need to trek out and shop right away. Location was excellent too. A couple of very local supermarkets. Turn one direction to a lovely beach with restaurants and more supermarkets a 5min walk away. Turn the other direction to bars and shops 5mins away or carry on along the seafront for 15mins to Playa Blanca itself with lots more eating and shopping, ferry port etc. Big massive thumbs up from us! And, if you do go, please say hello to the cat - he is very friendly too.

This small apartment complex, recently reformed, offers 22 apartments with one or two bedroom, dining room and balcony or terrace. all apartments are perfectly equipped with satellite TV, telephone, microwave, safe box. The complex has a water conditioned swimming pool and children pool with a wide solarium. Flamingo is located a few metres from the main avenue, in a quiet area and the beach is 3 minutes walking.

Reviewed By MichaelR6079Lovely apartment. Clean, spacious and fantastic location. The apartment is cleaned every other day and you get new towels. Because it is small-scale, you have no stress at the pool for beds. It is absolutely fantastic when you walk out the gate. You are then directly on the boulevard. Had a really lovely time. We will definitely come back again. The parakeets/parrots are also very nice. Eat out of your hand.

Ramon is lovely, and agreed reception is open sporadically but I didn’t pay for the Ritz. Our room was cleaned every other day with clean towels and loo roll. If you want a simple base close to the strip but nice and quiet this worked for us. We’ll be back, thank you Ramon.
