Appartement 2 à 5 PERSONNES Lit deux places Canapé convertible deux places 45 m² + terrasse de 10 m² Nos appartements sont idéaux pour une famille avec enfants. Ils ont été pensés de manière à les rendre conviviaux et chaleureux. Leurs couleurs apaisantes et leur ambiance exotique vous plairont à coup sûr. Côté pratique, ils possèdent un séjour avec canapé convertible pour deux personnes, Un salon d’été avec canapé, meuble de rangement et TV et WIFI. Une cuisine équipée de plaques chauffantes, réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Une salle de bains avec douche, vasque et lave-linge. Un nécessaire de ménage, table à repasser et banc pour le salon d’été, ainsi qu’un salon de terrasse. Remarque : le linge de table et de toilette ainsi que les draps sont fournis.

Reviewed By iamallovertheplaceStayed here for 1 night during my recent Velodyssey cycling trip through France. I booked this ahead without reading the small print. This is not a hotel, but an apartment block, so there is no reception, but I call to the number on the sign brought out a friendly lady (let's call her the caretaker) from another apartment who showed me to mine. The room was fine, if a little basic and there was a nice local pastry as a welcome gift. I later realised that bedding/toiletries were an optional extra, so went to see the caretaker to obtain some. I took the opportunity to mention that I had an small invasion of 'les formis' and she came to take a look. As a result, I was moved to another vacant apartment which was similarly fine. I was let off the bedding charge for my inconvenience. All a bit haphazard, but if I had realised it wasn't a full service hotel, I likely wouldn't have stayed here - I am sure it would be fine for a longer, better-prepared stay. Regardless of all that, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach & restaurants and about a mile from the town centre.

Booking confirmed in writing is worth nothing
Reviewed By LottbekkoppelnI had booked a room on the hotels own website and received a confirmation. All fine I thought, not knowing how chaotic this hotel was. When I arrived I was told that the booking had been cancelled. No apology, no offer for an alternative accommodation, not even the offer to help. Only after I stubbornly insisted to get a room, the lady at the checkin counter agreed to find an alternative. Which she did, in another hotel a bit outside the center, but she expected me to pay 30% extra, as the alternative room was more expensive. Stubbornness paid off again, I got the alternative room for the original price. The claim, hotel staff speaks English, French, Spanish, is a wish, in the best of cases. French they speak, Google the other languages. One extra remark: In reality the hotel look nowhere near as nice as on the photographs

Reviewed By hugolprThe place has many apartments, which is not a very reassuring thing at the beginning when you think about all those people moving at the same time. However, I was surprised by the organization of the place The apartment was clear and sober, very functional and calm. Quality of sleep is awesome, you do not hear the neighbours at all. We had a good sight of the lake, pleasant snd calm. Service was perfect, staff was helpful, smiley and fast. Only thing to note: you have to walk 10 minutes to go to the nearest ocean beach. I recommend this place.

A lot of potential yet to be explored
Reviewed By hugolprWe reserved this place for our summer vacation. We were 6 in all, so we reserved a studio for 6. Good points: location is awesome, near downtown and just in front of wonderful south beaches. Service is ok given the very few hours they are available during the week. The studio we had was a brand new one in block A, face to the sea. Price was ok for the season and location. Negative points: access control does not exist. You are exposed to people who can freely be at your door or around the pool. Parking lot has no access control neither. No extra services: no kids playground, no breakfast, nothing! Only available service is the swimming pool, which is indoors but very poor: no children swimming pool, not very clean, poor access control. Inside the appartment, small comfort details are missing: no déco, no shower curtains to prevent the bathroom to flood, no soap dish in shower. Rooms were extremly small, it barely fit a small double bed inside. The place was calm, but we had two nights where we couldn't sleep due to a very strong smell of garbage, maybe due to bad garbage handling. Also we had a night where teenagers were partying hard until 4am. Thus, our sleep quality was not so good. Overall, I'd say this place has a lot to improve. As I said, it has a good potential to be explored. I would not recommend this place, sinceI think the details count a lot. For a 4 stars résidence, Iexpected much more than just a room and a dirty swimming pool. It could have done much better.

Noise at night
Reviewed By DuncanH68Firstly I want to say all the staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. Accommodation is clean , tidy and spacious. The pool was cleaned everyday and was spotless . Our criticism is that the area leads all of the under 25 year old to head to the bars and play loud music until 5 am . Some of the young people staying , we shouting until 5 am . So it’s sad to say it was awful !

The chalets have a sheltered terrace with living room of garden, a kitchenette equipped, a bathroom bath, independent TOILET, a mezzanine and a room with bunk bed. Bedding is provided, not towels. 800m from the foot of the dune, shops nearby, bike paths, golf 250m and tennis courts 250m, marine lake Port d'Albret 150m, shops of Vieux Boucau 1200km. WIFI available in all units Family friendly holiday residence.
Well placed - good for cycling lovers

Friendly owners and welome - the bungalows were ok - no window in the bedroom in the heat of the summer could be uncomfortable. The interior was ok for 2 persons but maximum 4. The exterior areas needed a little bit of attention. Pool was clean and warm. Disappointed that no one was about to take the key and say goodbye.

Perfect service and very good location near idyllic small lake totally relaxing. We went also to Mimizan beach, nice beach and very good fun at evening. Apartment was good but hard bed and spiders on the walls....

Good, but...
Reviewed By hugolprWe have spent our summer holidays at this place. We chose it because of its top location near the beaches at Biscarrosse. The studio was overall good. Clean, well equipped, the kitchenette had appliances in good condition, even a large fridge. The furniture was ok as well, beds were fine, but not very comfortable, as it's often the case in this kind of hotel. The room was acoustically well isolated from other apartments. However, we had parties going on almost all nigths during our stay, which is not the best if you want to rest. They had paying parking places, that were fine and useful. Service was ok as well, staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed. Nothing to say. Now the bad points: - value: I consider the price we paid was higher than I would expect for what it delivers. - the swimming pool was barely heated and since it has a very little solar exposure, it was always very cold. This particular feature was very important to us, and unfortunately we could not spend a lot of time in the water. - the worst issue we found was a very serious pigeon infestation. It means that all the internal hallways were always dirty with birds excrement and even eggshells from pigeons that lived on the roof of the residence. Despite the efforts of the staff, who cleaned all the place every two days, everything was disgusting again within some hours. Even the swimming pool foot bath was full of excrements, which made it complicated to go to the swimming pool. The place has a good potential, some minor problems need attention though. The first thing is to eliminate the birds from the roof and keep the place clean. We could not walk around without stepping on bird excrement. That's almost a sanitary problem for me, and must be corrected ASAP.
