Reviewed By Coastal63951307035My husband and I stayed at the port 9 apartments for 5 nights in September and we were not disappointed! We had a new comfort apartment with a pool and sea view on the top floor. Clean and comfy beds with a nice spacious balcony. The infinity pool was our favourite feature of the complex that also had a swim up bar. Emilija was working hard on that bar everyday and we found her to be really lovely and she spoke excellent English. We enjoyed talking to her! Breakfast was brilliant with a huge choice of options and the views are over the bay which is beautiful. It’s 30 minutes walk to the old town or just 50kn in a water taxi. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend to anyone else.

M & J Central Suites (Ex Apartments Lenni) are located in the center of the Old town of Korcula. There are 4 studio apartments and 1 double room. The studio apartments are for 2 + 1 person. Every studio apartment has its own bathroom, satellite-TV, kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Double room have private external bathroom, satellite-TV, refrigerator, kettle, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.

Reviewed By Ellen GRecently we stayed on Korcula Island at M & J Suites, and are so glad we did. Georgia met us at the apartment and gave us a map and lots of helpful advice. The Suites are located in the heart of the old city and this is a perfect place for exploring the area. We spent lots of time just walking around, eating at the many restaurants---all of which were very good, eating lots of gelato, and having a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean--we stayed on the top floor, and spacious. We had a complete kitchen and did eat breakfast there one morning but went out the rest of the time. Loved having the washer and hung our clothes out the window way above the cobblestoned, people only, street. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay
Reviewed By cstockerI throughly enjoyed my stay at Korcula Hill. It is a bit away from the city but they have a shuttle that will be available to you. Also I arranged pickup and drop off from the ferry port. The apartment was very modern & spacious and extremely clean. It also had a great of the city below especially at night. The kitchen has everything you need including a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc. There were two bedrooms - one queen bed and two twin beds pushed together along with 2 full bathrooms & 1 half by the front door. On top of this, there are automated window systems to block out sun and provide privacy. I did stay in the Oleander building near registration office. My only complaint during my whole stay was the creepy parking garage where you take the elevator. There is motion sensors but it was a little creepy when I came back from dinner at night. Highly recommended Korcula Hill!

Cash only & quite far outside town
Reviewed By Passport686752We were grateful that Lilly could pick us up from the port and she also kindly dropped us back. We also appreciated the wine and grappa to taste. The apartment is in a beautiful setting with views of two bays. Lilly was also very friendly. There is a swimming pool but we did not use this. On the last night we discovered Mimis Bar which is across the road to the right. This was a pleasant place to sit out for a drink. Lilly does not take cards and accepts ONLY CASH. We were only told this on our arrival and it was inconvenient for us. In addition there is no ATM in the region and we could only get cash when in the town centre. The apartment is located very far away from the old town. Too far to walk (google says 47 mins but it is up and down hills) and too far to cycle in the midday heat. In any event if you want to bike, you need to rent the bikes from the town centre. Perhaps renting a scooter would be a better option. We had to get a taxi in and out of town and this costs approx €10 each way. You won’t have this issue if you have a rental car with you. There is a corner shop across the road from the apartment but it was closed for 2 of the 3 days that we stayed here. The supplies here are limited in any event and it would be hard to prepare a good meal from what is available. If you have a car you will have access to bigger stores in the area. The apartment itself is fine although a bit dated. There was a funny smell in one bathroom but we had 2 bathrooms so we just didn’t use that one. There is a grill/bbq available to use but we didn’t find out about this until the day we were leaving. Lilly is often at the property if there are any issues or questions you have for her. We suggest that Lilly provide a sheet of paper to guests with details as to what is available at the apartment (e.g. grill/bbq for use) and also perhaps a list of recommended restaurants in the area, as we only really had a proper discussion about this on our last day. Overall we found this place a bit too far out of town for us - we would prefer to be somewhere in walking distance of the centre. We believe that it may not be necessary to stay over in Korcula. You may see the best of Korcula if you visit as a day trip, especially in the summer months when it is too hot to bike, hike etc.

In this restourants you can taste traditional food from Korcula. Also if you will have problem to choose where to go eat we can give you advice.:)Numerous beaches and tourist attractions guarantee you will spend a pleasurable and unforgettable summer holiday. Host picked me up from ferry so it was really easy. Only 1 level up so suitcase was easy. I like a bigger TV but that's being picky :)) JUst like the photos on booking.com

Perfect location, nice view, good price
Reviewed By FriendlytravlerI came in on the 18:30 ferry from Split and the owner was waiting for me at the pier. The room is just a short walk from the pier and he lives in the same building. The room is very clean with a nice view of the water and has a small balcony. The room was perfect – it has a large, comfortable bed, a table and chair, small refrigerator, good WIFI and an electric kettle for making hot water. There is a large Konzum grocery store nearby, a bakery, ATMs and restaurants and the bus stop is also close to visit other parts of the island. I spent 3 days and departed on the 6am ferry back to Split – be alert – there are two ferry docks! One is on each side of the old town. They are not far apart but if you don’t check it out ahead of time you may be waiting on the wrong side and miss your ferry. When I was there the ferry spent the night at Korcula and you can confirm the dock the night before. I loved the island. It is easy to walk around and I found some nice secluded beaches to sun, swim and relax. It was interesting to take the bus to the other end of the island – Vela Kula. Make sure you know that your ferry is coming into Korcula Old Town or be prepared for the long bus ride (about 1 hour) back from Vela Kula. The buses run a few times a day but you will need to check the schedule. The fare was about 60 kuna for the bus. Enjoy your stay in Korcula. Guest House Leon is the perfect spot to stay.

Clean, charming and well-equipped
Reviewed By VolcanoGirl_11Katya the cheerful proprietress kindly offered the services of her teenage grandson to transport our two carryons up to the squeaky clean and quaint 4th floor apartment. One double bed and two single beds filled the bedroom with strong AC. The living area has an adorable kitchen, shower, books, table, etc and a fan. The views of the sea and harbor were breathtakingly beautiful. It was also very convenient to be in the Old Town a quick walk to the main sights and the sword dancing show Monday and Thursday nights. We’d just missed tennis great Djokovic who’s stayed in Korcula the past two summers. The pizzeria on the ground floor looked delicious. It was very quiet at night with the windows shut. The only thing that disturbed my sleep was the 6am church bells that ring continuously for a good minute- heard in Split too! My friend slept through them. As it’s hot midday the Korculans hit the beaches early in the morning, eat lunch, take a nap and return to the beach in the late afternoon. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes from the ferry landing, right inside the city wall along a promenade filled with restaurants. When departing from Korcula by ferry, depending on the wind, the boat departs from opposite harbors near the entrance of the Old Town. So you need to show up at the ticket office 30 minutes before to find out if the ferry will arrive at the East or West side. There are two major ferry companies, check the ferry times to find which suits your schedule. Thank you Katya and your lovely husband for your warm hospitality.
