Reviewed By gailhazanOur 2nd visit here. Just as wonderful as the first visit. Food is now available instead of just at breakfast - good menu, food tasty and well presented. Situated on a hillside above the sea. The hotel is peaceful with beautifully appointed rooms. Staff ensure everything functions perfectly. In these Covid times hygiene and safety were properly maintained.

Reviewed By tomm171Fantastic place in a great location, just a short walk from all the main sights but in an area with a lot of character and full of great little restaurants and bars. Found the staff very friendly and the rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the shower was incredible. It was good to have the fridge and kitchen and even a decent coffee machine (had to ask for a few extra cartridges). The pool is small but the spa area is nice and good for relaxing. Only criticism of this place is we thought it was a bit rubbish to have to pay extra for the rooftop jacuzzi. The hotel isn’t cheap so this felt a bit of a rip-off and we didn’t use it. But would definitely return here.

The ApartHotel is completely brand new, has six suites (45mq) and six apartments (70mq to 100mq) all next to each other in the same building, with modern design and equipped with all hi-tech amenities to ensure you a memorable travel experience. The installations, through the integration of domestic automation technology, were designed with particular attention to energy saving and reduction of pollution in the area. Regarding the Concierge service, we have a reception open from 9.00 until 19.00 (09.00 am / 07.00 pm) but we are always online to support our guests! On request, we arrange private transfer from and to the airport/train station; our prices are very reasonable, so similar to the public transportation but the service is safer, faster and more comfortable!Moreover HiSuiteRome is pet friendly: we will be glad to host your dogs with a little cost for the extra cleaning . And I must say that it was so comforting to be greeted with such kindness and a swift check in, especially after such a long journey from Australia. The lovely lady when checking in went above and beyond to highlight ( on a very handy map) the best of the best restaurants and sights to see, all within such a close proximity to the apartment!! It honestly just felt like a home away from home. Coffee, super fast wifi, incredible atmosphere.. you name it. Waking up after a big rest from all the travel it was so comforting knowing I had all the amenities I needed to get right into experiencing what Rome has to offer. 10/10

Authentic Puglia!
Reviewed By 773josiedAlbergo Diffuso gives you a real old world stay in Puglia as it still has the original stone stairway and entrance. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is fantastic as you are steps away from all the shops & restaurants as well as the beaches and port area. The reception staff were very helpful with arranging all our excursions and using Whatsapp made it effortless (highly recommend the 3 hr boat tour). Sabrina and Silvia were wonderful to deal with and managed to organize all our many requests and always with a smile. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Ideal location within walking distance of key historic landmarks
Reviewed By sharonkC5865HXLocated on the corner of a small street in the heart of ancient Rome, Mood 44 is a unique place to stay. The outside is the typical "old Rome façade", yet inside is modern, clean and well equipped. Given it's not the typical "hotel" experience (e.g. no room service or 24-hour front-desk staffing), I felt more like I lived there than was a visiting guest. Staff gave me an overview of the facility and recommended local eateries as during Covid they were not serving breakfast. I had an access key to the front door to come and go as I pleased. There is an elevator that goes all the way to the roof top so no need to worry about dragging suitcases up staircases. The rooms are spacious, very modern, and very comfortable. The windows and curtains block out the sounds of the city, so no issues with sleep. Using Mood 44 as a base, I was close to many of the historic landmarks (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and relatively close to the Forum and Colosseum). If you like to walk around and get the feel of a city, and have tons of restaurant choices without the fuss of dealing with big full-service hotels, Mood 44 is perfect, especially if you are on a budget. If I get to visit Rome again, I will stay there again without hesitation.

Reviewed By kinhungtGood location and the host Antonio is very pleasant and good communications with messaging and very helpful with our luggage including storage the next day Room is spacious and has the best lighting anywhere A bit of a disappointment with a mixed up which ended up we did not get the terrace room that we wanted and had made special arrangements to arrive early to enjoy the afternoon in it. But Antonio gave us a cash refund of the price difference on the spot and made up with a bottle of wine and some sweets. It rarely happened during our 35 years of traveling through 92 countries, but it is what it is

Reviewed By Akpp2Not the typical hotel we will go for, but it was clean, good service and water always available for guests. The room was big enough for 2 people. Nice big widows. Close to Central staton (walking ). If you need a hotel near the main Station, this is a good option , (a bit tricky finding the hotel at first, but once you know where it is, it’s fine ) .

The suite was very big, and the best we’d stayed at in previous stays in Rome. Kitchen facility’s with cooker fridge, sink and cooking utensils and crockery. Drinks fridge, Tea & Coffee making facilities too. Stocked up daily. Small dinning area. Two toilets, and lovely spacious rain shower. ( Full size hairdryer too, and complimentary toiletries. ) The main bed was enormous, probably a super king. Bed settee also. There was a very spacious outdoor terrace with table and chairs. The suite is modern and clean. The people on the reception desk are very helpful, and happy to advise and help if you have any questions or want help planning a visit. The Moods Suites are very impressive and I would definitely book to stay there again. Highly recommend.
