From the silvery crests of the Alps to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, Italy’s beauty is unparalleled. A visit could mean marveling at the Colosseum after a tender plate of pasta, or drifting lazily down a canal, your belly full of local Sangiovese. Explore Tuscan vineyards and olive groves or drool over boutiques in fashionable Milan. Look for mermaids from the cliffs of Sorrento or nibble on Parma’s famous cheese and prosciutto. Anywhere you choose, the country will captivate you.

This place is amazing and Imara, the owner, is the best host we’ve ever had. The villa has a personal touch to it and our room was the best. The breakfast that was served every morning was amazing. I can’t think of anything that was wrong with this place at all.

The Best Stay of our trip in Sicily!

The most amazing hotel not only by the design and facility but most importantly by people working there. All of them make you feel like home by being super helpful and very welcome from the second they see you. Breakfast was just unbelievable with Homemade pastries which was unforgettable!!! One of them we even asked for the recipe as it was so unbelievably delicious! Also we got a recommendation for the perfect dinner in the city. All in all it was our best stay during the entire 10 day trip around Sicily. I recommend everyone who at anytime will have a chance to stay here, definitely to book at least a night at this gorgeous hotel ?

Relaxing Tuscany retreat

We stayed at this resort for two days. The hotel ground is perfectly maintained and has a lot of beautiful trails to walk around. There are two pools on hotel ground. The infinity pool has an amazing view of the vineyard and the smaller pool is really quiet. The restaurant offers high quality food with local products. The service is impeccable. We hope to come back here soon.

The director welcomed us and made us feel at home, he gave us some great tips about local “must see” spots. Overall an excellent place to stay in Marsala.

Relaxing stay

A lovely gem of a hotel. Loved staying here and would not hesitate to return. Lovely big ceilings, sparkling clean rooms & bathrooms and a filling breakfast. We were checked in by the nicest gentleman who spoke excellent English but was prepared to talk to me in my pathetic Italiano. The rooms have a kettle, teas, coffee and biscuits etc. A mere 4 minute max walk to station if you are walking slowly. The trains to Venice are very frequent and cost less than €2.00 Big tip: when you come to the hotel by train you will come into Mestre station. whatever you do, don’t go up the stairs to exit rather follow the signs towards “Ulloa”. We went out the upstairs exit and got really lost. We crossed over but That side of the train tracks is to be absolutely avoided! So when you arrive at the station stay down below. Once you come up the ramp to the street the hotel is on your left hand side around 150 metres. If that gate is shut then turn left at the corner and you will have the front of the hotel on your left just a few metres away.

Amazing place and Staff!

Villa Rizzo is an absolute gem in Campania. It is a great location to stay being that its only 25 mins from the Amalfi coast and 45 mins to Napoli not to mention many great towns within and hour from there and locally. This being my 5th time at Villa Rizzo since 2007. If you happen to meet the owner, Dr. Gaetano Rizzo he is great host as well as being helpful to find you great places to visit as well. The staff are amazing and cater to your every need, The reception (Roberta, Sabrina, Benedetta) are always helpful in finding you places to visit or recommend great places to dine. That would bring me to their restaurant at Villa Rizzo. My first two visits to the farm, I didn't think to dine there. On the third trip, I actually spoke with the Chef (Riccardo) and his brother (Generoso) both amazing people and very friendly. I'm a chef myself, and I recommend dining at Villa on a few nights. Their detail to everything including their knowledge of the local ingredients and wine that have on the men, (one of my favorites is Montevetrano, which you can visit right down the road, the reception staff can make an appointment for you if Sylvia is available). As for the rooms, I have stayed in the apartment which is great for 2 couples or a small family and my favorite is the "pesca" (peach) room. It has a terrace and an amazing view. Great to sit outside and have a glass of wine and some small bites. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay always memorable! Gerardo e Sarah

Beautiful grounds & friendly staff

Reviewed By MyTravelingPanda

We had a lovely stay at the Villa Garden. The grounds are really pretty and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. The location is not far from the center (about a five minute drive), but bear in mind the road is very steep. Our room was very small and a few additions would make it more comfortable. Such as more hooks and towel racks (as those in our room were stuck on the wall & the weight of a towel felt too heavy to hold it up). A chair or two, even outside would have been a plus as well. But honestly, for the price, this accommodation can’t be beat!
