Newly built, beautiful, elegant and unique apartments on unbeatable price at the pedestrian zone in the very centre of Budapest beside the main sights in the historical downtown at Deak Ferenc ter. It is also ideal for tourists and businessmen. Spacious apartments with balcony, free WI-FI access, 32-42" flat screen TV. Many restaurants, cafes and bars are within a short walk. The area is also safe at night.
Nice, well equipped, centrally located apartments
Reviewed By Saffron SI stayed here for 3 nights with my 18 and 19 year old daughters. We were happy with our apartment, it had everything you might need for your stay. We were kindly given a 2 bedroom apartment rather than a 1 bedroom which I had initially booked via jet2. The apartment was centrally located so we walked everywhere and there were many places to eat, grab a drink or buy groceries from nearby. The reception staff were nice and helpful and organised a transfer from the airport for us and this cost 34 euros for up to 4 people which was reasonable. We got the airport shuttle bus back (100E) as it was a lot cheaper (about £6 for all 3 of us). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these apartments, can’t comment on the television as others have as we don’t watch tv when we are overseas.

Agape is situated on the Pest side of the city next to the great boulevard. It is within walking distance to many sights, bars, restaurants, shops. The Opera house, Synagogue or the famous New York Palace are only 5 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of museums, ruin pubs, clubs, places of interest in the area. Central location is combined with great prices and good quality.

Reviewed By TomC0310A group of us visited Agape Apartments for 4 nights and overall it was a very good experience and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the city with a group of friends. The location of the apartments is perfect. A very short walk from bars and restaurants and about 20 minute walk to the river. The building wasn't exactly perfectly clean and we never saw any cleaners during our 4 night stay. The receptionist on the second floor was very helpful and very welcoming when we arrived, but the reception is literally just a small office and doesn't look very appealing. The room was perfect. Spacious and very comfortable. 4 of us shared one room and had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable, the view was good, the kitchen was spacious and the room was clean. One thing I would say is, again, we never had our room cleaned or towels swapped. I would 100% stay at Agape Apartments again if visiting the city with a group of friends and would also recommend it to anybody. Agape, thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Was in a group of 23 girls on a Hen Trip, Arrived at the airport and they had organised transfers for us which turned up on time and was really good. We arrived and got our keys from a lock box which was good when then went to our rooms (split over 4 6 bed and a studio). We had a good stay with everything going good, we hadn't been in the apartments much as we had a busy 6 days planned then it went wrong. First of all we were not aware that you had to ask for your towels to be changed hence why there is a washing machine in each room for you to do yourself. We were not aware that Air con could be purchased as it only says in the room above the controller Heating only. On the last day we checked out at our time of 10am and headed to the thermal spas for the last day before our transfer at 6pm. As we were leaving we were told that we would need to be back for 5pm as they would close the reception even although the door states 6pm. When we arrived back around 4.30pm to make sure we could get our cases one of the group was called over to say that he had taken charges from us for the following. An ironing board which we had not used and therefore was broken on our arrival (Room 302) , a broken toilet he stated (Room 302) there was no broken toilet when we left and finally a towel which was slightly stained which he said could not be washed. We explained that one of the girls had taken the iron board out and it wouldn't go up we explained this and his reply was were we calling his housekeeping liars. With regards the the toilet one of the girls asked to see it and it was a bit of plastic that had fell off the back of the toilet and after disputing this he stated that he had taken this off and would not charge for this but was still charging for the towel and the iron board. I understand that deliberate damages need to be paid for but these were not damages made by us and we still had to pay 9000 HUF which isn't a lot but it was the principle as there was no list of the damages in the room noted anywhere and we were not asked anything anytime also if we hadn't left our bags to go back for at no time would this have been identified to us and the money would have gone on my friends card. If you stay here and you are in Room 302 and the iron board is still broke please let us know as would really like to make sure the money we paid went towards a new ironing board.

Boy were we wrong It was a huge appartment fully equiped with everything you could ask for and more, even an espresso machine. We could easyly live there. But the appartment was not even the Best part of our stay, it was Janos, the owner. He was amazing, really Nice and extremely helpful with everything we needed, where to eat, what to se and he took care of All the booking and reservations. We cant give enough stars for this place and owner, we can highly recommend this. Alfi and Maggie

Reviewed By 420cathjBooked this apartment as we were flying the next day , and wanted to spend the evening at the Xmas market Was not disappointed, I noticed that there are comments about the reception where you get the keys is around the corner from the property! Yes it is but we are talking about a 2 minute walk, the receptionist was very nice and helpful told us all the things we needed to know . When we got to the apartment we were not disappointed it was clean , well equipped, warm , no noise as it was winter and the windows were closed The location was great for what we wanted and in the morning when we left it was a 2 minute walk to catch the 100 bus to the airport I won’t hesitate to recommend this property

They took good care of me. Adjacent to the property was “sweet treats bakery” and “vintage gardens restaurant”. This is older building that’s been restored very nicely. Mixture of modern and older flare especially the expose brick. A very nice touch. I had studio apartment with a fully functioning kitchen and street view. If your concern about location. This property has great location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the metro, less than a 10 minute walk to the Danube river front. As for food take your pick which direction you want to eat. The Gosduv is located directly across the street from the property. I’ve been coming to Budapest for many years. You will be pleased with this location.

Reviewed By joseph738The room was ready for me very early and I had no cash (euro) with me so than I didn't have to pay 10 Euro for the early check in. The bedroom is just about a normal size. The bathroom water pressure is over the satisfactory level. I really enjoyed it. Large and clean fridge in the kitchen. Despite of the noisy location the apartment was very quiet, peaceful, and safe to stay. One of the cleaning ladies was very helpful. Maintenance guys came immediately after I reported a problem and the problem resolved swiftly. It’s very nice to have windows in all areas including the bathroom. I liked a little balcony. The chairs are comfortable and good to have a large table. DIDN’T LIKE : The person at the reception desk was dealing with other business in front of me and communicating with delivery guys and completely ignored me and made us (including the taxi driver) waiting for the key more than 25 minutes. I have made a couple of requests in advance. I have asked to have a comfortable bed mattress because of my spine injuries. The other request was a speed and good quality of internet. Unfortunately, no one got back to on that. Instead, I had to sleep on a very old-worn out mattress and the spring is gone stick out very soon and I poked by the metal spring while sleeping. I had to use one the duvet to protect my body against the spring. Internet. I have been given a Lord Residence Wi-Fi password. Unfortunately, this internet is dropping in every second and most of the times was off. However, I have discovered an information sign on the back of the door written only in Hungarian, where instructing to use a different Wi-Fi. Interesting, because this one was alright. Wish I would`ve noticed earlier. I think would be nice to clarify what Wi-Fi is in use and inform all guest accordingly. The Accommodation Service description in Hungarian language. Well, its lucky that I could understand it. However, I believe carbon monoxide detectors are required by any European hotel safety standards. If you say you have 24/7 reception, why I didn’t get any response and reply on my texts about my check out enquiry? Yes, you provide soap and dishwasher. The soap dispenser was broken. You are saying that you have a fully equipped kitchen. It was disappointing to see that its fare away from a fully equipped kitchen. Would be nice to have a champagne glass and proper plates and mugs. If you provide dishwasher and washing machine maybe would be nice to provide a couple of dishwasher and laundry tablets. It’s a waste of money to buy a large pack while you are on holiday, and no one wants to carry it in their luggage. The iron is a very cheap choice and the iron board need to be replaced. I tried to iron but the ironing board leaves marks on clothes, and the cover very dirty. I have no idea how people can use the toilet when the washing machine blocks the access to it. You need to move the washing machine if you want to use it, not to mention its not safe and not suitable for purpose with this layout. I can’t see the TV screen properly from the bed and very small screen for the size of the room. The bedding is very bed quality, old, not cleaned properly and very old duvet and pillows. The mattress protector was dirty.
