Reviewed By Ivetron24I have stayed at Vesna's apartment at least 10 times and the experience has always been outstanding. Most recently, one week ago She often starts by welcoming you with a nice cool beverage and homemade dessert. Delicious. The location is fantastic and very close to the center of town as well as restaurants and shops. A 3 minute walk and you are on the beach ready to swim. There are a variety of rooms, all of which are very clean, comfortable, have nice views of the sea from a lovely balcony and include great beds as my back requires a good mattress. The onsite parking situation is also a major plus if you plan on bringing your car. All in all, the place is great and Vesna and her husband Tony are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. I'd highly recommend Vesna's apartments.

Pulizia eccellente, WIFI compreso nella tariffa giornaliera, e soprattutto vista superba dalla terrazza dotata di tavole e 4 sedie . Un grazie particolare al Signor Nenad, proprietario dell'appartemento, gentile e disponibile.

Lovely vacation

Apartmens are clean, lovely and cozy. Host family is very attentive and kind. I love to spend my free time here because I feel like am at home. I recommend this place.

Reviewed By jennlinskyWir haben die Ferienwohnung über Airbnb recht spontan gebucht, und was soll ich sagen, der Kontakt vorab und die Buchung liefen super ab! Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man brauch, inkl einer kleinen Terrasse :) Auch unsere beiden kleinen Hunde waren kein Problem. Die Ferienwohnung ist nur 200m (Treppen) vom Strand / Promenade entfernt. Dort kann man super essen und shoppen gehen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Ideal auch für 4 Personen, neben den Schlafzimmer gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Die Klimaanlage macht es auch in heißen Sommertagen erträglich!

All apartments have a terrace, kitchen and bathroom, free wireless internet, satellite TV, coffee maker and hair dryer. All of our apartments have air conditioning. We are located exactly at the right place! We are just outside the centre of the city, and yet not too far - just far enough for you to enjoy a light 15 minute walk by the sea. We are close to the beach, sport and recreational centres and stores, and when you get hungry you won't have to wait for long because restaurants are within close reach. In our family house you will feel safe and welcome no matter which apartment you choose. We believe you will like our garden as well, gardened and maintained with love for you to feel even more comfortable. Here you can relax by the pool with your dearest, under the waking eye of a beautiful olive tree.
A Good Base for Touring
Reviewed By FC47We booked this place near the end of our 16 day tour of Croatia and Slovenia. We had just come from an interesting but chilly tour of Plitvice Park and were gad to get back to the coast. This is a very comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay in this area. The room is large with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It is like a suite. It has outside access and parking in front. The balcony is large and has a view of the sea. The couple that runs the place are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. There is a large modern grocery store located just behind the place (not in view). We had a little trouble getting back to the place at night. The gps does not work well here. The street layout is a little strange until you figure it out. It is some distance to downtown. This was a good stay and a good value.

A napi mozgásért cserébe az esti ricsaj helyett a nyugalom, csend a tenger és a csillagok teszik teljessé a kikapcsolódást. Kutyabarát hely. Ingyen wifi. A házigazda hűtött italokkal és bekpacsolt légkondival várt bennünket. Igazán kedves vendéglátónk volt. Teljesen felszerelt konyha,grill és mosási lehetőség. Szívesen visszajövünk! The place is 15 minutes walk from the beach (up the hill approx. 25 minutes). In exchange for the small hiking tour, the peace and silence of the sea together with the stars make complete relaxation instead of the loud music from the seaside. Dog friendly place. Free wifi. The host awaited us with cool drinks and cool rooms with air conditioner. We really had a nice host! Fully equipped kitchen, grill and washing facilities. We are happy to come back!

Reviewed By hanshC4430BRWe stayed at Apartments Vukic for two weeks in June 2021. The location is wonderful, right next to the beach. The service is horrible: we had a construction site right next to our apartment for more than a week. Construction started at 7:30 in the morning and went on until the afternoon. The noise was unbearable. Asking the owner about help, she mentioned that construction in Croatia is allowed in low season until June 15 and there was nothing she could do about that. We decided, for lack of alternatives, to endure and stay (big mistake!!). The construction site went on until June 17, 2 more days than allowed. I asked the owner, Melissa, again on June 16 about help regarding the construction – either another room facing the other direction, or any suggestion – she mentioned in a really, really rude and unfriendly way that she could do “absolutely nothing” about it. We also, regarding to her, payed so little for our stay that a discount for the days with construction going on was out of the question. Asked about why she had not mentioned the construction site right next to her house when we booked our stay she said she did not know about the construction then. Note: they built the 2nd story of a new hotel there, so she must have known about that. My wife is pregnant and we have a 3-year old daughter, our friends who also stayed at Apartments Vukic were travelling with a 2-year old – so it would have been really nice of the owner to tell us about the construction site beforehand – but she decided not to. In the end, my wife phoned the local authorities several times to ask about help regarding the ongoing construction, and they (NOT THE HOTEL) stopped the construction site in the end. We did not receive ANY help from Apartments Vukic. To sum it up – the location is really good, but service and the owners attitude are absolutely not on par. Food is very average. Avoid this place. My learning for the next time – we should have left the hotel on the first day of construction work.
