Reviewed By Wifeand3kidsGood stop over location on the way south to Switzerland. Central, close to autoroute and tram station for link into centre if you wanted. Nice (small) pool and facilities clean and usable. We stayed in the safari tent and it was good. Outside cooking was particularly helpful as it was so hot and the mattresses were as good as any hotel. One or two night to spend- this is a good option. Very friendly staff and great bread!

Reviewed By SwordsCrossedHello, we have reserved for 2 families, but have cancelled one with annulation insurance. Their insurance partner is a scam and unreliable. The camping is very amateuristic as they don't have a contact person with whom they work with. Don't take annulation insurace, it's a scam and the staaf is friendly but won't help you at all. The camping itself is modest. It's situated next to the city of Colmar but also parrallel to the highway which makes it a noisy spot. Facilities are in decent condition. In general: avoid this spot.

Reviewed By stalbansroamerWe spent a happy 7 days in August 2020 in our tent at Camping D'Osenbach, using it as a base to explore Alsace and the Vosges mountains. The weather was generally good, but we had one unfortunate day of heavy rain. The campsite (which is very pleasant, as others have observed) put effort into making sure public areas (including the wash blocks) were kept very clean, as a protection against Covid-19 transmission. Masks were worn in the campsite office, but not generally elsewhere on the campsite. On the recommendation of the campsite, we had a 'degustation' of Alsatian wines at the Koehler wine producers in Westhalten, a village on the route up to Osenbach. We spent a very pleasant half-hour at the winery and brought 12 bottles back home.

Reviewed By Clairevans75Having read previous reviews we were nervous what to expect for our second destination on our summer trip. We booked French side with the plan to visit Germany daily due to cost. We went expecting good basic accommodation at a fabulous summer holiday price. Driving through the beautiful Alsace villages soon warmed us. The site was exactly as would expect a french site to be, very clean and welcoming. The accommodation was spotless and the few end of season wear and tear were soon resolved by the on site maintenance, nothing was to much trouble. The tohapi staff were really helpful. There’s a bread shop, bar/restaurant, pools, games areas and what seemed a packed entertainment schedule for all ages. Being next to a supermarket was great and top tip for those going to Europa Park is buy your tickets from the Super U as you get 10 euros per adult pass to spend in store, we saved 40 euros! The location was fantastic and to be honest we were gutted we didn’t spend whole 2 weeks there as there’s so much to do both French and Germany side. The free car ferry to Germany was brilliant and we were pleasantly surprised how cheap for food, drinks, petrol and attractions Germany was. Took 2 kids 16 & 12 and both loved the site, in fact they enjoyed it more than the all singing top of the range site we’d stayed in the week before. They loved making new French friends. I would and have recommended this site as a great find for the area and excellent value for money for a summer family holiday. Yes some of the vans are older but as you walk round they are obviously upgrading them and to be honest even the older ones have all the mod cons such as fridge freezers and good sized shower rooms and spotlessly cleaned. I would take your own bbq as you have to rent this. All in all one of the best holidays in a long while and we will not hesitate to go back and explore more of the beautiful area.

Under New Management
Reviewed By rumba2This site has been under new management for nearly 12 months. The new owners are refurbishing the site and making it better. The staff are superb, they could not be better, they really want to help you and solve any problems you have. The site is wooded, it’s a haven for local wildlife and adjacent to a river with much natural wildlife. You leave the campsite, turn left and walk over a footbridge. Turn left and there is a long footpath which is easy to walk by the river. Turn right and you follow the footpath for 20 mins into the town centre. Walk straight ahead you go through a small park and sports complex and come to a tram stop which takes you into town and other local areas. Remember to frank your ticket in the machine on the tram. There are 2 wash facilities on site, the one nearest reception is dated but clean with plenty of hot water. The second is very new but was closed during our visit. There is free wi fi with excellent fast speeds. The pitches are rich with vegetation and well kept. You can buy bread and milk on site. The site is peaceful safe and secure. They have security on duty at night. I recommend this site. Do not be put off by old reviews.

Reviewed By devenvermaNicely located camp site by the stream. Close to Ville for all provisions you may need. Nice heated pool with slides etc to keep kids busy, Well connected to Alsace Wine trail for the wine tastings! Graceful and friendly staff. Cant ask for more can we?

Quiet campsite in nature nearby the city of Masevaux and the river la Doller. Big pitches under trees, sanitary well closed and covered swimming pool. Ideal place for cycling or walking, fishing or resting, closed to the Ballon d'Alsace. Shops in the city about ten minutes by foot.
Nice campsite in a good location
Reviewed By CicieCWe stayed at the campsite in our motorhome for 3 nights in Sept. The pitches are grass and are a good size. The site is nice and quiet as it's tucked away. The facilities are clean and well kept. The reception staff were helpful and welcoming. We visited the Cite de l'Automobile (very impressive car museum) which was about 30 mins drive from here. I'd recommend the site.
