This is a premium bakery with cakes and pastries that are really wonderful, but very rich and correspondingly expensive compared to chain cafe/bakeries.My previous visits were to buy pastries for special occasions, or for coffee and a piece of their poppy cake that I love. However this time I ordered a breakfast from their menu - and was very pleased. I had a shakshuka, which was very well made and tasty. It came with a delicious bread loaf with condiments, and a side salad. Not set up to be a truly comfortable sit down restaurant, and too lightly staffed, but if it's not busy and you're not in a hurry, don't just have a coffee, but have a meal, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

You know what youâre getting when youâre at any Aroma in Israel. Coffee is always slightly too weak, food always fresh with decent sized portions. Their loyalty card is great, 10% discount without doing anything other than adding money to the card.Their light frappochino is delicious

Pizza and pub. One of just few places opened at evening time around. They have chef special pizza and make your own based on margarita and plenty of topings available. We were two, and hardly ate one pizza. Prices are common. Good service. Nice athmosphere.

Came because of reviews here, not the best I have ever had. Nice location but that it about it. Had the stire fried can't say was wonderful and shake was very water. When asked what cakes , pastries are feeshz was told only apple pie, so sad.So sorry that you didn't have a great experience like most of our customers do... come by another time for one of our great fruit shakes-it will be on the house! As for the cakes, etc- that sounds very strange. I assume it was a mistake from our new worker who wasn't yet familiar with all of our products. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

My wife and I had a good dinner there around 9pm on a weeknight while on vacation in Tzfat. The food was good and generous portions. We had Cheese Ravioli and Baked Salmon with rice. The service was quick and friendly, even after I changed my order. The restaurant is kosher l'mehadrin dairy. The prices were better than in our hometown. I would return.

Had a wonderful vegetarian feast in lovely country setting.The owners are a sweet Australian couple and they enjoy hosting people from all over the world.The salads were fresh and tastey.The highlight was the homemade cheesecake...not to be missed.Look forward to returning when I am next in the area.

We had a lovely breakfast with friends on Friday morning. A place was full and there was great atmosphere. There are indoor and outdoor tables. The service was nice and quick. The prices were reasonable. There is a good selection of vegetarian dishes. Highly recommended for visitors in the area!

We were looking for a bite to eat in Nazareth and saw on Trip Advisor had a lot of recommendations on this restaurant. We sat outside with many locals which is always a good sign. Ordered a delicious salad and rose pasta. Both were excellent. Fair price and excellent service. Wil visit again for sure.

Incredible nutritious menu filled with tasty healthful salads, soups, pizza, pasta and succulent gourmet raw foods. The owner Zev adds spiritual connection to the infinite through his menu offerings. At times he may be available to offer insights into the nature of creation itself. Though he reserves the right to defer as he is busy running the show there at Elements Cafe in Tzfat.
