We had an absolutely wonderful time at the teahouse. We had afternoon tea, it was lovely to catch up with friends such a beautiful surroundings. The food was really tasty and I was really pleased it came with unlimited coffee,. The staff were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. I will definitely be going again.

I've only visited once for tea and cake but found the service friendly and reasonable prices. The cake selection was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and aesthetics on the day but not sure if I just timed my visit badly or if they don't have too many cakes to avoid waste.They were obviously preparing for a Sunday lunch and that looked / smelled good and I saw others having breakfasts which also looked good too.I'll definitely be back for another visit soon.Hello, Thank you for your positive review on Palms Bistro. Sorry we didn't have a variety of cakes, this was due to having a busy unexpected request for afternoon tea.We were preparing a celebration dinner for 20 guest . Visited here for dinner with husband on a Saturday night,we had pre booked a table and had drinks at the bar whilst waiting.The staff here are friendly, the venue lively and close to town, food was very good and service great.

Recently a couple of my family members visited the restaurant for a lunch, they thoroughly enjoyed the the experience the food and service, as a professional working in the hospitality industry and a ex student im so pleased that this still exists and absolutely need to be supported so wonderful that they have awarded a AA rosette, my hats off to you and your students, I personally will be eating there the next time I'm down..Thank you for your feedback, it really helps us to support the students into moving into a positive career.

Took the family here for a celebratory meal. The food was excellent service was a little hit and miss but the place was extremely busy so can understand the servce. This was the first time I had been to this restaurant even though it is only about 2 miles from where I live (but it will not be the last time)I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something more up market than normal food grub.

A surprise birthday dinner was arranged for me by my partner. Ten of us sat down to a lovely meal. We all ordered different meals. They all came out together, all were hot and well presented. Extra vegetables, potatoes, chips and salad were brought out too.The staff were excellent... friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed very tasty meals.Thank you to the Carnarvon staff for my lovely birthday dinner ( and my partner of course)

Went here last night with a group of 11The service received from Amy Andrews was excellent a real people person .However the food is of poor quality Sirloin steak medium so tough it was inedible.Fish pie obviously frozen as the sauce was like water and the fish no flavour.Chicken tough Need I go on ! Give it a wide berth or just go there to see Amy and have a drink !
