Reviewed By jblisbonA few months ago we organised a trip to the Philippines this January and we included Coron for a 3 night stay. We booked La Natura resort via Booking.com for their great reviews. By December according to accepted policy the total amount was debited. In January after the eruption of lake Taal vulcano we were forced to cancel all the trip (Lovely Coron was not affected at all but other parts of the trip were). I contacted La Natura and asked about a possible refund. Their general manager offered to do a full refund in case our rooms would be resold. Today I got a message from La Natura general manager informing me they will give me my money back. The reputation of a business is all about the way you respect and take care of your costumers. Reviewed By Yvescampos1431. Cleanliness-4/5- our room was clean. 2. Toilet 3/5- there are times the water supply is low (shower) esp around 6-7pm. Shower does not work because of low water supply. They should work on it. 3.staff- the staff were friendly but when i asked if i could extend my stay for 1-2 hours and i lll just pay them because of tour delays, they rejected my request as the hotel is fully booked. Which i find it odd.4. Food- I won’t recommend their breakfast its dry and some of them are hard to eat 2/5. 5. Tours- there is no consistency when it comes to communication with their staff when you book for tours. I booked a day before for the safari tour with my friend. They said they will contact the travel agency so i waited the whole day and come to find out that it was as already packed and i should book a day before which i just did. I could have just find a different agency but it was too late for me because they told me at 5pm. It’s horrible. Overall, i will recommend this place because the room was presentable/clean despite the water supply issues. I felt my valuables is secured.. The hotel is 15 mins to the town which is easy to go to bars and restaurants. But in coron, have some diarrhea which is a common problem for tourist in coron due to their water contamination; so i recommend you bring bottled water with you at all times even for brushing your teeth. Avoid any drinks with ice. Thanks coron! Will surely be back.

Reviewed By chawitydI will not recommended this hotel, favorite namin dito and love ng family ko ang staycation kaya dito ko sila dinala pero hinding hindi na kami babalik dito dahil una chinarge kami sa mga taong di naman nmin kilala at umupo sa labas ng lobby nila ng entrance fee 175 without informing us. They inform us tru text na may bayad na 175 ang guest and yes binayaran namin un kasi guest namin pero ung ibang names na di namin kilala at umupo lng sa lobby ninyo na sabi niyo kasama ng kasama namin without inform us na umabot ng 7 guest ang chinarge samin di tama yun. Second rude makipag usap ang manager instead siya ang magexplain ng maayos siya pa ang nagyawyaw na unfair daw sa part nila if di babayaran dahil di lng basta nakaupo sa lobby gumamit daw ng electricfan.l etc. etc nakakainis na sagot sakin : Paulit ulit ko ba eexplain sainyo. (Poor customer service) 3rd sira ang both shower ng room namin kaya nagsshower kami sa another room pero thats okay,naiintindihan nmin un di big deal. Mabait ung front desk na lalaki nag assist and siya ang humihingi ng pasensya kahit wala naman siya nung time na yun. Buti pa ang front desk marunong magasikaso sa guest pero ung manager 2/10

Duli Beach Resort is the first and only establishment that offers accommodation on Duli Beach. The bungalows are spacious and surrounded by nature. They all have a 12m2 balcony with sea view, a big bathroom and a big room with a comfortable king-size bed.

The sand flies are horrrible here and could very well ruin your stay if you’re not prepared. No ac, no Wi-Fi, power in the morning and in the afternoon, not at night or during the day. The food is really really good and the hosts are wonderful and extremely helpful. Over all good experience except for the sand flies and the heat at night. To be clear, we were here for some of the hottest days of the season, so I’m sure it’s more comfortable the rest of the year. They offer surf lessons and rentals, massages as well. It would be nice if the surf board rentals were at least discounted for the guests but… the price is fairly cheap to begin with. But still would be nice.
