Reviewed By NiniBauWe were looking for a budget hotel online and booked this hotel thru agoda. We were a big group of more than 20 pax. The rooms are clean, with own bathroom, wifi, cable tv and aircon. They have a common area with tables and chairs at the 2nd floor where you can eat and bring food. They also serve breakfast. Staff are friendly. We are happy with our stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Came here to have lunch, the food was great, some topped at amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodation to view the rooms and the facility. The beach is good for surfing, if not for strong winds maybe a dip on the rocks is ok. This area is close to Dos Hemanos rocks. For now internet is only available at the resto, Globe signal is none existent here. You'd have a transport to visit this place, the price point here is mid range to high. #RP

Good Value, Location & Service
Reviewed By greg_wandersMy wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in March 2022. It is very reasonably priced for the location and amenities. Even though it's not on the beach, it is 1-2 minutes walk to a beautiful spot by the beach. The property has 2 swimming pools which are well maintained and an onsite restaurant (adults and kids). Onsite parking available as well. The breakfast was included and well worth the price. Even the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The room even though it was basic, was clean, hot water was available and the beds were comfortable. TV had English channels as well. WiFi was ok. The staff were very friendly and accommodated any requests. (like drinking water for the room or extra towels) It's a very peaceful place to stay and gets all the basics right. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Pagudpud.

Not recommended for a longer stay. Worst stay ever
Reviewed By randz07Unpleasant, very hot room, not even allowed to have 2 key cards without a price. Untidy cr (no tiles) - the worst stay in my business travel. If you are a traveller, this hotel has no parking lot, though they will allow you to park along roadsides in front and across the hotel. Hotel crew from front desk down to the guards must have a proper training to improve their hospitality.

DISAPPOINTING
Reviewed By backpacktraveler894Under construction building with NO safety prevention to workers, I was hit by the fallen debris, bad Location Inside the inner part congested area, Staff are not train at all, reception is staff is lost in mind, Owner, the lady is all after collections of revenue, from overprice empanada, to massage service were the therapists are not trained, they do not know what they are doing. The Room price is average similar to thier competitor but mind the service does not value your money at all. The beach is good but it is a public. I ask one of the staff why they are not so keen to work and told me they haven't had breakfast yet as the owner did not bother to give, it was 3pm.. Some lady staff who are Therapies does perform extra service in exchange for money (but plead not to tell the owner cause they will also get the share for extra service) They said they are underpaid at PHP150 per day. We did not enjoy our stay at all with my Family. We supposed to stay 3 nights but decide to transfer to other opposite Hotel and recover our disappointment.

Reviewed By anabelleochoaThe Palacio de Laoag Hotel is a place where you can have a quiet and comfortable stay. The staff are polite, the room is comfortable, but the amenities basic. You need to inform the Front Desk if you want your room to be serviced, as they do not do it automatically. Food is good, specially their pakbet and the Ilocos longganisa. Try it!

Reviewed By micman230When it comes to value for money this little place in Laoag City takes the cake! Great staff, very friendly and helpful coupled with tight security provides a safe clean haven. We stayed there with five family children and thoroughly enjoyed our four-day break. Ten-minute walk to the Mall where we were able to find anything and everything we wanted during our stay. If it's safety, friendliness and budget you want I highly recommend the Farm Side Hotel Laoag City Iloco Norte
