4 Seasons Garden B&B is located around rice frield and Luotung river. It takes 15 minutes from Luotung train station by car, 8 minutes to night market. 3 minutes to Luotung Sports park, around 2 hours from the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. It is a comfort place to stay with handmade breakfast. It also provide local tour.

Reviewed By Jolyn23I was there in June 2018 (somehow TripAdvisor doesn’t allow me to review beyond 11 months). This place has no early check in but somehow it stated 9am on the website. Luckily in our way there the kind host met us on her way out and allowed us to check in early. She was also very helpful in providing information on where to go and see, even helping us to check the driver rate to Mount Taiping. The breakfast was home cooked and lovely.

VILLA LOHERB is located in DongShang township. Build in 2015, right on peaceful rice field surround by magnificent mountains, it is Loft green architecture style, offers modern and top-quality design, here in these charming and stylish surroundings. VILLA LOHERB is with great location that only 3 KM to DongShang River Park, 4.8KM to Ecoark and 6.6 KM to LuoDong Train Station. There are free bicycles available for ride into the rice fields and to the areas nearby. You can enjoy walking, biking, eating and staying like local people do is one of the best ways to experience the essence of Taiwan. VILLA LOHERB also runs a restaurant which serves café, afternoon tea and steak dishes with local ingredient from Yilan along with mountain views outside. If weather permits, diners can have their meals outdoors in a garden setting. This is a great place to stay for holding conferences, celebrating events, or simply spending a few relaxing days in this pretty environment. Furthermore, the landscape changes by seasons, welcome to come here again and again.

Reviewed By gnutechNot worth it. There hotel is nice and kind of new (2015), but got the price it has several shortcomings: no TV but projector, which is barely visible during daytime or with lights on, we had only 1 toilet paper roll and no hot water in the morning.

Nice place, but a falls a little short...
Reviewed By greenmonstertaiwanWife and I came here for our anniversary. It's way off the beaten path...small roads to get there. Outside of any major city. It is exactly 1 hour from the Taipei 101. When we checked in the front desk clerk did not want to speak English, but started to after a little encouragement. We stayed in a romantic villa. One large queen bed. It was quite expensive, so I was very shocked at the condition of the room. Under-maintained would be the proper way to put it. The wallpaper was coming up, random nails, screws and wires sticking out of the wall. Weird stains here and there. Very disappointing. It had it's own small "private" pool. It wasn't quite private though. You could see the second floor lodge and the rooms above too. Not private. There is a public pool but the hours it is available are pretty ridiculous. Not very many times you can use it, and you have to wear a ridiculous swim cap. There are some beautiful birds in cages along a small path as well as a large pond that runs through most of the property. They have bicycles you can use for free (but everything is very far away) I'm not sure where you would want to ride them to. There just isn't enough on the property to do to really be able to call this a "resort." The restaurant was very delicious for dinner, but not so much for breakfast. For what we paid for this place, it wasn't near worth it.

Reviewed By 32hugpEvery boys and girls has a castle dream and want to be a prince or princess. If you want to dream come true just come here to enjoy castle life. The room is a cup of coffee. It's woke me up easy and got more energy to export more places. The hotel provided parking lot that's a good advantage for me. The TV in the room is too small, I would like to watch some movie before go to bed but it's not enjoying for me.

Reviewed By iks0525民宿坐落於冬山鄉,離三星秘境落羽松開車只要10幾分鐘的距離,跟羅東夜市也很近 房間乾淨,浴缸大,比較可惜的是因為下雨天沒有機會到民宿周圍繞繞,感覺很綠意盎然! 自己住的峇里島房型,因下雨和空間較大的關係,比較偏冷 值得一提的是現在民宿內有老闆女兒們的下午茶店!蛋糕不甜卻令人回味,非常驚豔,有機會還會再去!

Reviewed By chu-201906Our booking was done at last minute, and we arrived in the B&B late, the service crew was waiting for us to arrive and being super friendly greeting us with Lotus tea and snacks, plus the detailed introduction where to visit, where to eat and travel advice etc. The warm hospitality in the beginning made us feel like visiting a friend's house. The location is good to access night market and 羅東sport park, where is nice to have a walk after diner. It's quite at night, in the day time, there might be a bit car noise if you stay out in the balcony, however, it's quite quiet all the time if you stay in the room. It's easy to access to the B&B by car, but It may require pick up service if you don't have a car. The room is comfortable with nice view and balcony, the room we stayed is with open space, good for couples ( if you don't mind to have transparent shower room and toilet ). There’s a nice typical Taiwanese restaurant near by, and the B&B helped to book for us, the food ingredient is fresh and the food display is sophisticated, we did enjoy the food there. We originally planed just to stay only for one night, with the great service enables us to extend one more night. I do believe to stay in the B&B is one of the best way to experience the local culture. This B&B is recommended to stay.

Reviewed By THo3We spent one night at North Zart which is about 15 mins by taxi from Yilan Train Station. Cosy place at reasonable price. Taiwanese style breakfast included. Fresh coffee was served by the owner of the B&B in the wooden house in the morning sharing his experience in running the B&B and his passion for building a wooden house in Yilan. A great place to stay to explore Yilan.
