Leo who handled my concern reconsidered my booking and gave a free of charge standard room. I am very grateful of these humane and kind gestures of the resort. Staff were all accommodating plus food is delicious. Place is nice and pictures were all instagram worthy. I'm looking forward to bringing my family and friends back to AGM. ???

But they healthily replies to may chat on their agoda customer service platform.This blunder is too petty to be overlooked. When i went the next day to ask for a refund no manager/owner is available to attend to my needs. To think we arrived at almost 1am with no proper sleep and had no choice but to sleep in our vehicles.

Reviewed By HolgerG909The term boutique hotel is misleading. It’s a small budget hotel in the city center. No elevator. No wifi in the room, spotty wifi in public areas. Free filipino set menu breakfast, e.g. longanisa, egg, rice, instant coffee. Tried to eat at the hotel Restaurant at 9:15pm - the cook went home early - no food available. The front desk staff then suggested Mc Donalds or Jollibee takeout. Rooms are clean, you need to ask for extra towels. Free water is provided.

Reviewed By Annika B1st we booked last minute because we were looking for a place to sty since we reached Tabaco around 12 and planned to stay for less than 12 hours. Upon booking, they gave us an option for a large bed. But they insist that we booked a bunkbed type room. The rooms are SUPER small and stuffy. Like 2x2 sq mts. Generally, they are as big as bathrooms. The bed feels itchy and smells like an old room. No floor rugs for bathroom, cold shower at night and super hot water in the morning, and they say they have parking, there ain't no proper parking. You can park when tenants below closes their stores. And if you get really lucky, you get a knock at your door at 1AM from the guard asking you to move your car because a party goer who parked before you is leaving. I suggest, go to next hotel. 2 points are for the friendly guard and housekeeping.

Balai Tinay is a 3-storey residence with the ground floor converted in 2011 into a guesthouse with five (5) furnished rooms, aircon, own T&B. The 3rd floor attic room can also be made available with its own T&B, balcony/coffee nook fronting the Mayon Volcano. Arranges packaged tours and easy access to swimming and beach facilities. Don't expect too much for the price you pay. 4. The cleaning of the room is by request. That is why they don't have the do not disturb door signs. Cons: 1. If there is a choice between a junior suite (rm. 4) and an executive suite (rm. 5 and 6) and the price is right, go for the executive suite because it is bigger. 2. I saw a small live cockroach in the bathroom (rm.4) 3. The rainfall and hand held shower heads have molds (rm. 4) 4. The bidet water head also has some mold (rm. 4) 5. The junior suite (Rm. 4) is really small for a queen bed which takes over the whole room. No place to put your luggage. 6. I first booked a junior suite for the first 3 nights and 4 nights were booked on the executive suite. They were not able to give me the executive suite to some mix-up in their booking. I had to have a discussion with the manager (I think she's the owner too) Ms. Elaine to see what they will do about it. At first I was promised she'll fix it but on the day of my move to the executive suite they want me to just stay on the junior suite. After some back and forth with Ms. Elain and a bit of minor arguing they just gave me a 10% discount on the remainder of my stay, Even though that ruined my expectations to have a bigger room, I don't want to be unfair.

Reviewed By chen_gilmoreThe stay was good. The service was terrific. Shout out to Jovy who was very accomodating and very helpful. She went above and beyond in making our stay very memorable, as well as the other staff. Another noteworthy employee was the female who was at the parking at wee hours checking and assisting guests and also serving breakfast with Jovy. One thing that we did not like though was while local guests were served pineapple during breakfast, foreign guests were served mangoes with generous servings. This is not a deal breaker but we were quite envious as we also wanted mangoes.

Amazing Staff and Property
Reviewed By Ricardo TVisiting a place you've never been is always a challenge for everyone travelling. But this time is an exception. I was on my way on an early road trip to Blue Paseo Grande in Concepcion Grande, Naga City for a short stay. Thinking that instead of putting the whole challenge of finding the place in me, I decided to call the mobile number listed on the booking confirmation. I came to talk to an individual who seems so accommodating and even offered an extra mile of service of fetching me if I am already in the area of Naga City. I told the person that I am still on my way to the place and would like to get some hints to easily find the place. The person gave me a clear directions to follow which I was able to do so. Upon arrival at Blue Paseo Grande, I was greeted and swiftly escorted to the room as reserved. The place is located away from the city that makes it ideal place to rest. Environment is good, people are courteous and most of all everyone seems to be very respectful. I ordered food for breakfast and lunch and gave instructions to what time it should be brought up to my room and some requests very important to me when eating. Guess what, the food arrived exactly to the time I wanted it to be and WOW all requests were delivered with some thoughts of if we wanted something not included in the menu, they can prepare it for us. For some reason, I wanted to change room. So I called the reception if I can be accommodated for the room change. In flash of 5 minutes the room key to another room was handed to me by the receptionist. Since the car that is supposed to serve me failed to come, I inquired with the receptionist on how I can be able to reach the next city(Iriga) from the property. The receptionist said that I need to go to the bus or van terminal by jeepney to Panganiban and tricycle to the terminal but if I need to use a taxi, they are glad to assist me. So I requested for the use of taxi instead. Also, I requested for my room and food bill be prepared and delivered together with my ordered food for the next day. On my check out day, I had my bill and food delivered as instructed. Request for a car was endorsed by the night shift to the next shift. The eye on details of the staff is just too amazing. Everything went smoothly. Car is ready when I went down. I hopped in the car ordered for my next destination. I was impressed with the level of service this particular property has and a last WOW I found out was the owner of the property is driving me in a Land Rover because no taxi is available for that particular requested time and the same person who answered my call for direction at 4:30 in the morning. Being served by people with sincerity brings a lot of satisfaction, fulfillment and a sense of gratitude to these unsung heroes of the property. I highly recommend Blue Paseo Grande a place to stay.
