A sophisticated but down to earth bar and restaurant. Great menu, responsive young servers who are well trained and know their menu. Menu ranges from appetizers which could be entrees if you are not very hungry to appropriate sized for today lunch and dinner entrees. Variety is good. Food is well prepared.

Not a problem. It was the clean , quiet kind of construction. They are enhancing the bar area, adding a wine bar room, chef's table and more booths. That will take a top notch restaurant to even higher status on the culinary circuit. We arrived for dinner here and then returned the next day mid afternoon to tackle that Show Stopper milk shake. Dinner was great and you cannot go wrong with their ZuZu burger. I think its one of the best in metro Phoenix. Service was top notch both occasions. A very nice wine selection and I'm curious how can this get even better when construction is done and they add a wine tasting venue. Can't wait!The Show Stopper shake is a lot to handle and no room after dinner, so it was a good move to enjoy it fully the following day. Hit the spot. This shake changes every month, so if you had one 2 months ago, be prepared to experience a new version this month. I like that idea. My only complaint is the $16 price on the Show Stopper Shake. That is a Heart Stopper Price, but hey you only live once and its big enough to split. We both enjoyed ZuZu and will return.Thank you for the feedback on your experience in ZuZu. I ordered the Modern Tiki Fish Sandwich â blackened hapu, taco slaw, sun-dried tomato pesto aioli. I substituted for a Caesar Salad. Everything tasted very good and it was quite fillingâ¦the orders are largeâ¦the bun on my sandwich was very soft..the sandwich was quite messy because of the taco slaw which was served on top of the hapu. If I tried this sandwich again...I would try it without the blackened.My firend ordered a Spicy Thai Chicken Bowl..and it looked delicious â boneless chicken breast spicy thai sauce avocado, fried sweet plantains.

Stopped by for dinner. It was a hot day, and we were lured in by the treed patio with misters. The service was excellent, the food was carefully explained to us, and when we asked about menu items we were given good information.The patio was very casual, and we found it quite relaxing. There was great choice for beer and wine.I tried the Reuben Pasty, and we also ordered the Carne Adovada. We love HOT and the Carne Adovada did not disappoint. We tried the Scotch Eggs as well and everything was really good. I had never had Pasties before, and I loved them. Now, I am not a dessert person. I could usually care less as I find most restaurants fall short with desserts, even the 'high class' ones. But we decided to try something: STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING. I have never in my life had such a delicious dessert in a restaurant. It was truly amazing, and we were actually fighting over the last bites. If you go here, you have to try it. Kudos to this place for this dessert. So I will definitely be back, and I have already recommended to many friends. I wanted to commend our server, he was great, and I asked his name, but Im so sorry I have forgotten. But thank you to him for giving us a great experience.We actually returned soon after, and enjoyed the Poughman's Lunch, which was way beyond what I expected. Loved it.Prices were very reasonable

Really like this place. Especially, the wood flavor in their grilled items. Our waitress Tania was super friendly and attentive. I had the chicken tortilla soup, the bacon wrapped filet, and the creme brûlée. The restaurant is located in an office building which could be a bit hard to find, but worth getting lost for the first time.

This bar is sleek and sexy. Get a drink here before dinner to watch the sunset and your jaw will drop. We always bring out of town visitors here to see the most amazing views/sunsets in the city. We started our meal with The Perfect Hound (Kettel One Vodka and Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice) and it was the best in Arizona (nicely chilled too!) and Founders Solid Gold Lager. Distinctive drink menu that has some new wines choices that look great! We ordered the cup of Gumbo (on Wednesday) and small Caesar. Portions are perfect to start and quality ingredients evident in both selections. Our main course was the BBQ Brisket Sandwich and the Short Ribs with Jalapeno-Cheddar Grits. Outstanding in every way! Fork-tender meat, lovely sauce, flavorful grits will keep us returning again and again! Top-shelf service and friendly staff! We will be recommending this restaurant to our friends and neighbors, but you will love it too!

Love this place !Very interesting decor.The burgers are just fabulous ! And the bread is so fresh !Plenty of choices for dressings on the burger.Love the onion rings.The hospitality and service was amazing.Hanna, our server was very friendly and very professional.This place was packed at 6:00pm on a Sunday.Free parking on the side of the building.
