Archie's is a big time college hangout for burgers and beer, but also had good TA reviews for breakfast. They were quite accurate! We had a really solid sample of their dishes and all were good. Caution--when they say giant pancakes they really mean it! Perfectly fluffy and tasty despite the size. In true Nevada fashion the guys at the next table were pound down draft beers at 9AM! I have eaten here a number of times. The service is always great. There are so many items on the menu it makes choosing difficult sometimes. The food and menu are very creative with. New items appearing often. Tuesday is half price wine day too. Lots of great beers too.

Decided to stop for lunch after a morning appointment ran long. Our waiter seemed to be a bit distracted or disinterested. We were placing simple lunch orders, but he seemed to struggle throughout. Ordered a simple Arnold Palmer, and had to mix it with a knife. We ordered a couple of sandwiches - Turkey Club (crisp bacon please) with Sweet Potato fries; the bacon was limp and undercooked, but the sweet potato fries were cooked as crisp as potato chips. The other was their Ribeye beef dip with grilled onions. The onions were not even close to being âgrilledâ - they looked like they had been steamed instead - extremely slimy. No water refills, no drink refills, waited 15 minutes for 3 additional napkins...

Had high expectations since it called itself a Taproom, but was basically a restaurant with a few beer selections on tap. One I tried was not anything special. did have the double chocolate bread pudding and it was great. Bar staff not really friendly.

From the TripAdvisor reviews, we chose the Wild River Grille to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with a special dinner. We arrived at opening time, after a refreshing walk along the Truckee River. Brittany warmly greeted us and served a wonderful meal to us. Our food was great, as well as soup and dessert. THANKS for making our celebration memorable.

My husband and I have eaten at Brews Brothers about six times and each meal was great. The food is fresh and tasty. Their homemade pizza is great and donât get me talking about the awesome large pretzel! The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. They have some unique beers and it is fun to try them. I drop in for lunch several times a week. Caesar salad is priced fairly and the optional Ahi (which I always order) is fresh and amazing. The only variable is the amount of dressing they put on so if you want to be cautious, have them put it on the side and you can add to taste. I've had it served with both light and heavy dressing and the lighter amount is certainly better. The other options (chicken, salmon, etc) seem equally nice but I never turn down great Ahi.

We went with two other couples for their Happy Hour which I had heard was very good. A Very Good rating is an undervaluation. It was truly excellent! To start with, they are set up normally for two or four people per table. They immediately set two tables together for us to accommodate our party of six. Both service and food(small plates) and drinks were high quality. We sampled a variety of dishes and wines and found all to be exceptionally tasty. I will happily return to this venue.
