Went to this restaurant after a hard day's moving into a new house. Very good service! All staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Great atmosphere. I had never tried Chili's ribs before so all four of us placed an order for their ribs. Two orders of dry rubbed ribs and 2 orders of BBQ ribs. They were all delicious, meaty, and fall off the bone good!! Overall, a very good dining experience!!

I don’t get it. Most the staff seemed like confused teenagers who can’t make up their mind. Sit down restaurant. Food blah. Sort of confusing. Like a Applebee’s. My Philly was a small little thing. Like a tootsie roll. Will not return. I didn’t want to take any pics. Don’t want to trigger the youth.....

I think my 3rd visit to this chain. I have never been satisfied. They 'prey' on people's desire to have beer and sport. Certainly people do not go because they serve good food. We had buffalo chips - which were plan potatoes, chix quesadilla - was decent, chile queso dip - fair at best. Followed by large portion of wings - which is pricey at $20 for 20. Classic buffalo were good, habanero-mango fair, Caribbean jerk bad, buffalo dry average. Blue cheese dip is not even recognizable as blue cheese.

My wife and I attended the Fall Festival on Saturday and decided to drop in for lunch. We had a Pulled Pork sandwich with Slaw ($9) and a chopped Brisket sandwich with baked beans ($11). We enjoyed the sandwich’s and sides a lot. The meat on the sandwiches was abundant, the slaw was a bit different, but quite good. The baked beans was quite good as well with lots of brisket meat. My wife had a Light bear she liked and I had on they called a Cannonball which I wouldn’t order again. You order and pay for your food and beer separately as they are separate businesses. There is no table service other than they bring the food to you much like a fast food restaurant. The food deserves 4-stars for it’s taste, but not the price, which seemed a bit high. The lack of servers was a bit of a handicap for us because we had to stand in two different lines. Never less, we wish the business well as it would appeal to the younger crowd better than seniors. But we’ll give it another try. Their patio looked nice from a walk by.

Having grown up in the area and eating at plenty of burger places, Mexican places, steak places and other home cooking type restaurant both long established and new, this was a pleasant surprise. It’s located in a lovely new outdoor mall with plenty of things to do within walking distance including a movie theater. The menu was a little small in number of options but we all thought the food was great. Appetizers of deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts and carb cakes. All were good but the Brussels sprouts all 4 of us loved. I had the salmon and two folks I was with had the halibut. Very yummy. Plenty of wine and drink selections and, thankfully, beer on tap and in cans. Will definitely be back especially given the reasonable prices!

First let me say this is a fantastic new restaurant in the Northland and we were there only on it’s second day. I’m sure the four rating in reflective of it being new and training new staff. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I had the Black and Blue Steak Wedge and it was quite good, but not to Houlihan’s standard. The steak had cooled but overall it was good. My wife had a huge Greek Veggie Wrap with slaw and she liked it too. One of our friends had the Thursday Fried Chicken and they raved about it. It came to the table late due to the kitchen being a bit overwhelmed by the crowd of early diners. My friend thought his steak on his wedge was too chewy and complained. The server summoned the manager who offered to provide a new steak or take it off the bill. The server put someone else’s bill on my card but when I brought to her attention she quickly corrected.Overall we were satisfied and recognize that our issues were just new location startup problems. We will be back and I’m sure the rating will be better. Btw we also were given a $10 gift coupon fo a return visit.

My husband and I loved the food and the jazz performed by the Charlotte Fletcher trio. (There are different jazz professionals performing every evening!) It is a lovely venue and the margharita pizza and street tacos were delicious! We will be enjoying many evenings there in the future! I was a little worried about parking since this is part of a movie theater, but there was plenty of parking close to the restaurant.

We have been here twice. The first time, nothing notable happened and food was just mediocre at best. The waitstaff has been awful and unfriendly on both occasions. We decided to give it another chance on 5/12 and I got to witness something that should NEVER happen in a restaurant. We were seated near a couple, an older gentleman and a girl who looked like she was in her very early 20s. While the girl had left the table, the waitress, who had a very large tattoo down her thigh and was wearing hot pants, had her bare leg stroked by him not once, not twice, but FOUR times. If stuff like this is being done at this place, and the waitresses are the type that are okay with it, I have no desire to ever come back.Certainly this type of behavior does not occur at our place on regular basis. The server has been with us a week and did not know how to handle the person's advances. We provide a safe environment for our employees and had the manager known that had happened the person would have been asked to leave. It has since been addressed thanks to your comments, thank you for taking the time to let us know what had happened.

Stopped in for dinner while spending a night on a trip to the upper Midwest. Stepping in, one gets the feeling that you have been here before. That's because chains such as this start resembling each other no matter where you travel. Applebee's, Chili's, you name it. Too much stuff on the wall, too noisy, and a cookie cutter atmosphere. The real kicker? While walking to our booth, I noticed (among a very crowded wall display), a 3 foot by 5 foot glass ad for Guinness Draught. Ooooo, I thought. I'll have one. When I ordered it, the waiter said they don't serve it. So, why the big ad? Something to fill up the space. Nice touch - NOT! We were in the mood for tacos, so we both ordered the taco plate, with chicken. Rice and refried beans were cold, the lettuce in the tacos was very limp, and the chicken was like cat food out of a can. I know, the menu says shredded chicken, but this was lousy. Won't go back.
