The population of Williston was 8,698 at the 2010 census, an increase of over 1,000 people since the 2000 census. The estimated population in 2015 estimate was 9,409. Williston is one of the fastest-growing towns in Vermont, and while becoming more populated, it has also developed as a major retail center for the Burlington area as well as much of central and northern Vermont. The town contains the village of Williston, which is unincorporated.

We took our granddaughter and a friend here for lunch after shopping. Stan, our server, was personable and quick. The girls ordered the triple dipper app which come with their choice of three starters and dipping sauce. These included the burger sliders, some taco bites, etc. We enjoyed the Caribbean Shrimp Salad and the Shrimp tacos. All the shrimp were fresh and tender. Great food all around. Everyone enjoyed. Place was hopping full, yet we were served fast. Clean and comfortable.

Just finished a delightful breakfast here. Was packed and had a wait, so we ate at the counter and glad we did. We had a super friendly waitress, and our breakfast was delicious with generous portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Very updated and clean restroom. This spot does not look attractive from the outside, it is an authentic diner car structure with the original signage. Best breakfast we've had on vacation here, so highly recommend if you are in the area.

We stopped at Chicken Charlie's right after landing in Burlington, VT. Loved the VT Maple bbq wings! Sweet, crispy wings. Great mashed potatoes and gravy. Rest of family enjoyed their picks of buffalo chicken sandwich and chicken tenders (fresh not frozen) and 1/2 chicken VT maple bbq. Fries were great as well. Friendly service. Clean restrooms.

Revisited this steakhouse after many many years ago, which, back then, didn't quite meet up to our expectation. Verdict, not much changed since then. Aside from the main course, the Caesar salad was decent. Topped with anchovies (optional) and a healthy amount of shaved parmigiana cheese, this was very decent.My wife had the salmon, which was a tad overcooked (too long under the hot lamp?) and my 14oz ribeye steak... though nicely flavored, was very "sinewy", making it somewhat an overly chewy meal.Overall, a mediocre experience.

Longhorns used to be our favourite in Florida and this one lived up to our expectations!! First of all great fast service. Streaks very very good and cooked perfectly. We went for supper. I got Prime Sirloin and my wife got ribs. Both meals were excellent. The steak was better than some fillets that I have had in other restaurants. Very flavorful, cooked to perfection, and tender. The rolls, with their special butter, were also outstanding, and even the baked potato was great. The service at 5:20 PM was very fast and the wait time for the meal was acceptable. The price ($12.99) was a bargain. You even get peanuts in the shell to munch on while waiting. I love the place!

My husband and I had early dinners at the Vermont Tap House in Williston, Vermont on Wednesday, August 21st and Thursday, August 22nd, while we were staying in South Burlington. We enjoyed the steak and cheese sandwich, which was huge, the wood fire pizza, and the Green Mountain Salad, which was very fresh with Vermont grown ingredients. Everything was nicely prepared with generous servings. The selection of beers was also very good. . , The service was also quite good and the seating was comfortable in nice booths. In addition, there was free parking convenient to the restaurant. We found this restaurant a good alternative to dining in Burlington, where you have to pay to park and there may be heavier traffic.We recommend this restaurant for a variety of different entrees and would go back again.

This is a great place for lunch -- lots of soup, salad, and sandwich options (not to mention pastries!). We had a 10-month old granddaughter in tow and they accommodated our special request for avocado toast with aplomb! Warm, friendly, casual dining at its best.

Breakfast at this restaurant topped off a great week long vacation in Quebec. I had the quinoa bowl - fresh and delicious.
