Both our shared entrees were very good. The Sea Bass with mango salsa was quite fresh. Its Spanish rice side was flavorful. The Flatiron steak was perfectly cooked. Its broccoli side was not overcooked. The staff are pleasant and attentive. Its location in the Capitol Reef Resort is surrounded by mountains. The restaurantâs ambience is nice.

We stopped here after driving through Capitol Reef. We got a pizza and a sandwich and they were fantastic. Service was super friendly and the food was well priced. They have ice cream as well. A definite must stop.

Pizza, Pasta, Salads and home smoked BBQ served on the edge of spectacular Capital Reef National Park. Great Beer list, views and fun activities !!!
This is a very nice restaurant on the edge of Capitol Reef. Views out of the window are spectacular. You can eat inside or outside where there is a nice covered patio. The menu mostly offers a variety of pizza including meat and vegetarian options. Pizza can be made to order. The crust is delicious, of medium thickness. Other food offerings including BBQ brisket sandwich, mixed green salad, spaghetti with meat or veggies, Sloppy Jo, mushroom ravioli, chili, tamales and nachos. They offer an assortment of beers and soft drinks as well as desserts. Service was prompt, friendly and courteous. This is a great family as well as couples place to eat.

Capitol Reef Inn & Cafe is situated in Torrey along with a number of restaurants & eateries. We were a tad disappointed with our meals after ordering the local Utah trout. It comes prepared as regular or smoked. We ordered the smoked & the fish tasted dry & over seasoned. The restaurant has a warm, comfortable vibe and our server & staff are friendly.

Cowboy Bar with live country music Friday through Saturday. Saddle barstools, inviting dance floor and great steaks, including a buffalo ribeye. Darts alley, pool tables, patio and Cowboy shop featuring boots, hats and western saddles.
We don't think so........I see a number of less than positive reviews....our experience was just the opposite.Place was clean, neat and tidy. Service was good, although the kitchen might have been a little slow on an evening when there were not a lot of people there. However, the meal was PERFECTLY cooked....and I will give anyone time to do that !!!!We had the buffalo burgers with green beans and zucchini....BOTH were perfect. Often green beans are under-cooked and zucchini is over-cooked....not so here....We would return if in the area again and recommend that readers of this review check it out.

The Broken Spur Steakhouse is adjacent to the Broken Spur Inn. We are located at the junction of hwy 12 and 24 just up the hill. Our hilltop location with great views in every direction is sure to make your dining experience a pleasurable one. We also hav
We stayed at the Broken Spur Inn for 1 night during our visit to Capitol Reef NP. We arrived around 6:30, only to find out there was about a 30-minute wait. No worries as we sat in the comfy leather chairs/couches just outside the restaurant. Once we were seated, a basket of some amazing bread was provided along with some menus. My wife was told by a shop vendor in town to get the Skewered Steak Tips with salad for $6.95 - what a bargain with 4 skewers of tender meat and nicely seasoned. I opted for the County Fried Steak with peppercorn rosemary gravy. It was very tasty but a bit too thin of a steak for the price $16.95, but it did come with some quality mashed potatoes and a small portion of veggies. The included breakfast buffet was very good the next morning. The pancakes were outstanding, and if they came from a box then please let me know what it is.Thank you for the review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your dining experience and the breakfast as well. Please come back again soon.

This place is under new owner/management since Oct 2011. It is in the old Chillzz building, 156 E. Main Street Torrey Ut 84775. We have Italian and american food, open year around, sit down service, salad bar and a full service liquor bar. Located across
The upholstery in this restaurant is atrocious! I was kinda scared to eat there after seeing how much they care about the decor. However, it was November so it was either this place or the burger joint across the street (Torrey really closes down in the off season). Pizza was fine. I thought $3.99 for a trip to the salad bar was a bit overpriced. Waitress was attentive and friendly. If you want beer with your dinner, this place is fine. If youâre not looking for alcohol, may I suggest the Subway in the gas station up the street.

Welcome to the Rim Rock Restaurant! Chef Bret Saign carefully prepares homemade, locally grown western cuisine such as pan seared trout, fruit wood smoked ribs and hand cut steaks with infused demi-glaces. Enjoy our full bar and wine list surrounded by Cap
We stopped by to order a takeout pizza before heading out for a sunset hike. We were able to enjoy a drink on the patio while waiting for the pizza. The view was spectacular, and the environment was very family friendly. They had bags games to use while hanging out. Pizza was good.

We specifically sought this restaurant out because friends of ours raved about it, and the website looked very good. We arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately we were disappointed. From the start, the margarita, which the menus said was composed of âtequila, triple sec and fresh limeâ was not fully accurate. It may have had those ingredients, but it also had some kind of mix. It was not a from scratch margarita as I was expecting and tasted like any roadside or chain Mexican restaurant. And then, a few of the dishes we were going to order apparently are quite piquante (hot). Fortunately the server advised us of that. We asked if they could reduce the heat and she said ânoâ. That did not seem very accommodating, but then I guess the name of the restaurant âDiabloâ should have been a hint to me! Duh!Two strikes. So we chose items that were not our first choices (salad and soup) and they were fine, although the chicken tortilla soup was quite salty. The empanadas as appetizer were however very good. A rich dish, and if you are not counting calories, who cares!Service was prompt and friendly, and the Georgia OâKeefeISH art on the walls was visually appealing.I believe that this restaurant is well regarded and well reviewed so I am going to guess that most people will really enjoy it. For us, it was just okay and expensive for what we got.

My wife and I ate here on 9/27/19. Lots of outside seating, deli is in the very back of the store. You order, pick up a drink or delicious dessert and pay up front. They bring your food to you. Breakfast stops at 11am and they close early November.
