we are regulars there and 8 out of 10 times it won't disappoint. But sometime you do come across those 2 out of 10 that will leave you somewhat underwhelmed in terms of food quality and service. Mango lemonade is the bomb thou!

We both ordered the filet and we were not disappointed by any measure. Grilled to perfection for both of us. The baked potatoes came loaded and they were a treat. Our server was the most wonderful woman - we could not have asked for better. All this and a senior discount - tough to beat.Thank you so much for leaving us such a great review! I am so glad you enjoyed the filets and the baked potatoes, and hope you are able to return soon!

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but an eatery called Roosters suggests the availability of chicken, right?The description on TripAdvisor lists wings as one of their featured dishes, but upon enquiry they are not on the menu. Not much else chickeny either.We left with a great sense of irony.

Bob's Chicken To Go!!Over the last few years I have heard a lot about this place in Shelton that is purported to have "the Best chicken" on the Kitsap Peninsula...Finally, got a chance to check it out myself.It really is the best! Bob's Tavern in Shelton, WA has a rather large selection of food on their menu for a Tavern. I was very surprised! Their range of food includes some of the best home made fried chicken I have ever had.We ordered the half a chicken with JoJo's or fries. We took the Jojo's instead of fries. Those Jojo's were Huge!! They have the best seasoning on them that I have tasted. Even better with a little Malt vinegar sprinkled on them.The chicken...I can't say enough about the chicken. Superb! Puts my fried chicken to shame and I make some good down home chicken! LOL!We shared the basket which is not enough for 2 people, in my opinion. It would be the perfect portion for 1 person. One hungry person! It costs $11.50 for the half chicken basket, which I felt was over priced. You only get 6 Jojo's with it which I didn't think was enough.The decor is comfortable with a large outdoor patio that is half covered. You can play pool while you wait for your food.Dine in or take-out.This is a pub so it is not suitable for children or families.There is lots of parking!If you're looking for something to do or a new place to check out be sure to put Bob's Tavern on your list. You will be glad you did!Another "Gem" on the Kitsap Peninsula!

Visited for late lunch on a rainy day. Pleasant and quiet. Prompt and attentive service. The meal, prime rib sandwich, was quite tasty. Served hot! Soup was delicious and the rolls were yummy and warm. Perfect for a rainy day. Prices very reasonable. Since then have tried the steak salad and was very pleased.

Blondie's is a family owned American comfort food style restaurant on the western side of the south Puget Sound in Shelton, WA. There simply are no better breakfasts once you get to this level of quality and care. Oh, there's definitely fancier choices, but not better, at least from my perspective. Generous portions of great food at friendly prices. If you don't see what you, just let them know and they'll make it your way.

This small restaurant looks like a greasy spoon with menu items to match, so we were surprised by the quality of the food. They serve breakfast until one pm with several pages of options. Husband's pancakes were perfectly cooked. My sandwich with side salad had fresh ingredients. Attentive service and clean bathrooms a plus. Nothing fancy, but really good.

We love eating here! The food is fresh and service is fairly quick-the servers/cooks work while you watch and are busy! The hardest part is getting a seat in the bar, sometimes having to wait 30 minutes or so. We always share a âtrioâ of crab, prawns, and shrimp, then I get an appetizer and my husband gets a stir fry. The stir fry is so large but he enjoys taking it home for leftovers. The lobster bisque is also delicious. We havenât been to the buffet once since discovering this place. Yum!
