This eatery was a surprising discovery after seeking apples for pie baking and enjoying the Amish artifacts in the area. Burgers and fries are reasonably priced and the service is cordial, efficient, and fast. Families and large groups are welcomed. After dining, you should explore the treasure trove of bargains in the extensive gift gallery. You can take home some of the homemade breads and bakery items offered for purchase. Looking forward to returning when in the area again.

Went there for breakfast. Great food. Good variety at a decent price. Good menu for lunch too. It was a nice place and it is good for kids. When we walked in they were very attentive but our waitress was working the other room and was slow to bring the bill. She instantly corrected when we complained. Other than that, the experience was great.

Their description of "Step Inside, Step Back in Time" is quite apt. You can get anything on the menu for breakfast OR lunch during hours of 7 AM - 3 PM. We ate lunch after completing the Volkswalk but could imagine being a regular. Huge salads!

Very good service with excellent food at a reasonable price. The menu had a good selection of seafood, steaks and the like. Most pricing was average for local restaurants. The waiter was exceptional and friendly. Very accommodating and had a good selection of specials. The fish fry with corn flake crust, very light crust not greasy and fresh fish.

We stopped in for a late lunch, and Carley was our server, she was attentive with good menu knowledge. I chose the Reuben, my bride went with the French Dip - both came with house made chips, and a pickle. Both were large servings, and very good. I had a draft IPA, and she had a flavored martini- canât go wrong.This is a good sized place, with many options for dining and drinking. It also appears they are set up for outdoor entertainment with a separate seating area and a bar. Plenty of on street parking, as well as a parking lot out back.Thrilled you and your bride enjoyed our sandwiches, Rick, There's no better way to enjoy a sandwich than with a juicy pickle and homemade chips in our book. My wife and I have eaten lunch here at least a half-dozen times and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh and freshly prepared., and the servers are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Each time, we sit on the nice outdoor patio and have had great food and great service - that's why we go back.

The Gasport Diner has taken over Talk of the Town which was a staple of Gasport for many years. My husband and I and our family went there for breakfast and lunch lots and lots of times so we were very excited when a new owner opened up the restaurant again--until we went there. We ordered a short stack of pancakes, mine with blueberries, his without. I ordered bacon, he ordered sausage. The pancakes were plate sized and dry and the meats were not good. It took too long for the food to be delivered. We have coffee, which was good, but not exceptional. Our bill for two short stacks of pancakes, meat, and two coffees was nineteen dollars! And it wasn't even good services--we were the only ones there and the waitress was not very attentive. We won't be going back.

Had to try their beef on Wek and poutine; best thing I ever did in the seek good eats category (since Perrys...). Wow, I have not had this good a beef on wek sandwich in 35 years living in Buffalo and the poutine gravy was by far the thickest and most flavor filled treat since cream puffs; we fought over last bite. Found out about them at Artpark, where they were running a small and busy business. Pleasant family run business they say a family recipe. Well worth the drive.

We were visiting from Texas and really enjoyed the farm until we went to the wine tasting and the manager Gloria made us feel like we were trying steal. The wine was only $5 for 4 tastings which was a great deal but the service was terrible we waited 10 minutes to get served and then they tried to short us 2 tastings. The manager could not remember how many samples she served us and made a scene in front of the other customers. We were made to feel like we were wasting her time and it was embarrassing. I would revisit the farm but will never return to the wine tasting.

Went there this morning for breakfast. Only 4 tables with people. Food was great but service was off. Girls spent much time talking to regulars. They were slow to bring coffee and forgot to bring the toast that was part of the breakfast. To their credit they gave a credit as a correction. I would try their again.
