Took my family here after a basketball game on a Saturday. Although the place was very busy, we only had a 10 minute wait for my party of 7. The burgers were great and beer was two for the price if one. We had excellent service. I do recommend eating at Willy's.

I would call this place a dive with great food good service and expensive tap beer. The food itself is worth the trip but I certainly would not do a beer session there. They are known for their burgers and they are very good. A little skimpy on the fries but they are also good. Iâm not sure if I would bring children to the place but it is good for meeting friends. Go and judge for yourself.

On recommendation from our efficient and friendly waitress Sydney, I ordered the Bacon Avocado Benedict with American fries. It was outstanding- the avocado sauce was a little spicy - I loved it !!!! My husband had the blueberry pancakes. They were delicious too. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast!

This was our first time to Mavericks. We had seen the signs for the restaurant and today friends spoke about it having just been there. We decided to give it a try. It looked very busy when we pulled in the parking lot but we found a handicap parking spot easily. We were seated immediately. They were busy, but we were waited on quickly. My husband ordered a beer and I, Ice tea. He had a steak fajita and I had the French Dip Sandwich. The flavor on his fajita was wonderful but the meat was a bit chewy, a bit tough. My French Dip was very tender. I needed to add some salt to the au jus as it was very bland. It came with french fries, pickles, tomato and raw onions. It would have benefited by having some cooked onions. I "stole" some from my husbands fajita and adding that to the French Dip made it fabulous. We will return. Would like to try some of their burgers. I would recommend.

Came here at late in the evening with a very large party. The staff handled the party very well. I didn't hear anyone complain about service except one person who it took a while to get his drink. Food was excellent and prices were very fair as well. If I'm ever back in this part of the country I'll definitely stop by again.

Coon Rapids/Blaine needs more hole in the wall places. Wing Joint certainly qualifies. There are so many chains in both cities. I love Wing Joints fried shrimp, wings, fries, and toast combo. My wife cringes when I order this because she worries about my cholesterol; however, I need my grease fix once in a while. Order the malt too, it is a nice treat. The wings are dry rub fried and not made with sauce. They are good for a change. They have a full selection of great fried foods so this is not for the faint of heart.

We stopped in for a late lunch at the start of happy hour. It was nice, sunny, Minnesota Spring day so we opted for the patio near the little water fall. It was like being in Southern California. I had the Ruben sandwich with a side salad. Excellent! Most restaurant side salads are uninspired. Mine was nicely constructed with a variety of veggies/lettuce, and lots of everything. The Ruben I had was nicely done, with more corned beef than you'd get at a Chicago deli. It came with waffle fries that were also very good. My wife had a "Make your own salad" that she said was very good. Our server, Samantha, was very professional. She knew the menu like she wrote it. She was attentive without being too much so. Great place for lunch on the patio,,, we'll be back! Thanks for taking a moment to review us! We are glad you could join us for late lunch and kudos to Samantha! We appreciate your business and look forward to that future visit!

Kendall's Tavern & Chophouse is a neighborhood restaurant and bar in the north metro area. It is approachable, personable and timeless where the food is craveable, of the best quality yet at a price that makes it a place to visit often.
My husband and I went here for a presentation so dinner options were either rotisserie chicken or steak. I chose the chicken because it sounded like more food than the steak. I am so glad I did. The chicken is absolutely delicious, incredibly tender and has a wonderful flavor. I asked someone about the steak. They said it was a little tough for their taste. I checked the menu when we left and it has quite a few wonderful options. I seen someone posted terrible parking. That is not true. There is a lot dedicated to the restaurant. It is very near the restaurant. The atmosphere in restaurant looked a little romantic. The prices are reasonable. This little gem isn't far from home so I know I will be back.

We had the special of the day, chicken fried chicken and it was delicious. Nova Scotia rolls were exceptional. Desserts (almond coconut cake and heath chocolate cake) were the best. There will be a return visit as soon as possible. They were very busy but well staffed.

This place is usually hopping. They don't take reservations but they do have a call ahead option. I would strongly recommend using that. Once seated the service is fantastic. Go HUNGRY! They start by bringing warm buns with some honey butter. They are fantastic. I could fill up on them alone. The good news is they keep bringing them if you ask for more. My husband loves the chicken fried steak. I have tried a number of items (never the steak though) and haven't been disappointed EVER. They also serve cocktails here. Fun place to go to get plenty to eat in a vibrant atmosphere.
