It's just a small place inside the mall that serves a variety of American and Mexican food.It just sucks that sometimes you'll lose mobile phone service while here and sadly they have no wifi.The American food (burgers mostly) is okay but Mexican could be a lot better.

We were excited that we found this place - and 4+ review. On top of that, it is supporting a great course!How ever, the food was sooo disappointing :( We ordered Ceasar salad, burger, sweet potato fries and quesadilla. I will let the pictures speak for themselves...The staff was kind, but eager to close down for the night. They closed 45 minutes before the announced times on their webpage.Dear Sashia,Thank you for appreciating the cause that we promote here at Garden Café. And we are indeed very apologetic that we have let down your expectations with the food. Your review is very concerning to us as we care deeply about our customerâs opinion. The restaurant closes at 10PM but maybe because last call for orders is at 9:30PM that perhaps you thought that we were closing earlier than our declared closing time. This place reminds me of some restaurants in the Bay Area that canât figure out what they want to serve. This place have italian, mexican,middle eastern, american food.My âchicken burritoâ looked like a falafel,tasted like indian food. It was eatable coz i was starving. The service is slooooow. Looks like this place is where the old expats hangout with their young ladies. ;) For the price, you can get much better food at a cheaper price.

Na mean, for like 30p you can get two burgers...whut!!! So dont get your hopes up that ur get that macdo goodness, but I will say this; at first I was hesitant, and would never consider eating here then one day I was like "theres alot people here, I'm gunna have to investigate" expectations were extreamly low, I gotthe buy-1-take-1 cheese burger cuz I'm the type of person whos out for that deal. Ate the first one, ate the second one and was like hey, it's pretty good. Angles burgers are spread all over and sometime I just get that craving for a good ole buy-1-take-1

Pros: Nice setting, comfy seats availabe, good WiFi, clean facilities, friendly staff, eco friendly (re-usable straws) Cons: average food I would revist as maybe we just ordered badly or came on an off day and the coffee was nice. Their menu is very extensive. We shared a chopped salad with basalmic vinagarette. Becky enjoyed the prawns thermidor and I had the ribeye steak. Very friendly and prompt attention by our server Barbie June (I hope I spelled her name correctly). Just a short tricycle ride from our hotel.

Restaurant is clean, the food is okay nothing spectacular and it serves Filipino dishes. The chef should play around on spice and ingredients to level up the food taste. The service is good the girl was smiling and nice. Will be back sometime to try their other foods.

Definitely something I'd go back to Tagbilaran for, my daughter immensely enjoyed the cheese nuggets- the mozzarella strings every time with every bite.. The ribs were tender and flavorful and the mashed potato texture was just right..We enjoyed it so much we took another order of ribs to go!If you don't have a hotel shuttle or car rental, going around Tagbilaran can be quite tricky because tricycles are hard to come by late at night specially in this area. The restaurant staff was kind enough to notice this when we waited outside and offered if they can help, but our hotel sent us a car so it wasn't a problem.I will definitely bring family and friends to come here and try the ribs next time we find ourselves in Tagbilaran.

Try also their banana chocolate bread pudding and salted caramel cheese cake are also worth trying. Everything in this place is right from the quaint ambiance, to the coffee, their menu, their advocacy on natural ingredients and environmentally sustainable operation (plastics not allowed insideâPinoys may take this figuratively or literally it will work both ways).
