Reviewed By A6649XEemmacJust returned from a week here with friends and family and although overall had a lovely holiday there were lots of points that let this hotel down. Service was hit and miss - we felt like most of the time we were looking to get the attention for someone to serve us whether this be by the poolside or in the restaurants. Often orders would be incorrect when they did arrive, one morning we asked 3 different staff members for our breakfast order to later discover it had not been put through at all - we eventually got our breakfast 45 minutes later. The food choice for evening meals is very limited for a 5* hotel and we very quickly got bored with what was on offer. The hotel is very focused on it’s image when more focus should be on consistent service. The hotel is in a a lovely location it’s very scenic with great sea views but there isn’t a great deal to do in the area. The rooftop pool is beautiful for a day visit. We wouldn’t personally stay for longer than a day or 2 again.

Reviewed By LgallowSecond time visiting this hotel, and booked again for next year. All inclusive is fab named brands. Food is good plenty choice. Upgrading to star prestige is a must. Help Yourself bar and snacks available most of the day. Hotel is a little out the way but we don’t mind as we like to walk.

Reviewed By tim3bikerRooms, bar, pool and staff absolutely lovely. Good food although the mains got a bit boring after the first couple of days. We loved the choice at the salad bar and deserts. The quality of the meat and fish could have been better for main dishes. However overall the hotel is quiet and classy which enabled us the chillax so we had a fab holiday.

Reviewed By Quest90209Really had a great stay at the AluaSoul, hotel is fantastic, food, staff, rooms, location all great and really clean. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels daily and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. I cannot fault this hotel, this was my second stay and I would stay again. Staff go beyond making you welcome, they even delivered a bottle of champagne for our anniversary to our room free of charge which was a great surprise. Thank you so much AluaSoul for a lovely stay

Reviewed By T3440GJpatriciaoRooms were too small. Not enough clothing space. Don't think the bed was changed in the 9 nights we were there. So let down by the nightly entertainment, it was diabolical for kids and adults. Never stayed in a hotel where the entertainment was so bad. Went out at night because we couldn't stand the noise from the entertainment area.

Thoroughly Enjoyable Visit
Reviewed By LesleyScotJust back from a wonderful holiday at the Tropic Garden with my husband, daughter and granddaughter and honestly can't think of anything negative to say about it. We were on a bed and breakfast basis as we wanted to eat out at the lovely restaurants in Santa Eulalia but decided on one of the nights to eat in the hotel as my granddaughter wanted to go to the kids disco at 8.00pm. I was a bit worried about eating in the hotel as some of the reviews on here were very negative re the food but we were all pleasantly surprised and we thought the food was great. It was freshly cooked, hot and delicious and such a selection. We enjoyed it so much that we booked in for another night. They had an offer on that if you pay for 2 adults you got one free and half price for a child so for us all it cost 62 euros, well worth it, considering there was beer and wine on tap too. All of the staff were lovely but a special mention to Antonio who always seemed to be smiling and looked genuinely happy to be there. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel and probably will next year.

What set the La Cala hotel apart from many others were the amazing staff from reception, to cleaners, restaurant staff and the bar staff especially Juan and Carlos.

The only thing that let it down was the quality of the food. There was always plenty to eat but nothing like it was pre-covid days The meals were very repetiitive meatballs every other day and not a very good selection of fish meals. Sadly no longer any Gala Nights. Still had a good Holiday.

Reviewed By Awatts1To keep it short and sweet, there were four adults & 2 children 9years and 7 years, The hotel was very tired, dated and looked dirty in places. The entertainment was absolutely terrible. There’s not really that much to do for children that were the age of ours with the clubs apart from maybe football. The beach was ok but you had to go off complex to get there a short distance down a stony track. (Watch out for the naked old men that hang around the rocks along the costline) Unfortunately the rooms are very old and basic and in need of doing up, the beds are hard as rocks and the air con is terrible. Watch out for the pool floor as you’ll find there’s a lot of grit which really hurt a lot of children’s feet while we were there including ours one which the skin on her big toe was red raw and bleeding. Don’t believe the pictures in the brochure as the pool is not the size it seems and the slides are tiny.(those bloody good cameramen!) So one thing I will say is most of the staff are very nice and helpful especially around the pool are and bar. The pool area has a lovely atmosphere and a good place to hang out with your friends. The food here I can’t say one bad word about as there is lots of choice and everything I had was delicious if it wasn’t for the food it would of only scored a two from me. We had fun here and still enjoyed our holiday but mainly it was because of the company we were in. There isn’t much to do within walking distance. You’ll have to get a bus or taxi everywhere. We have been to lots of holiday resorts like this and this is definitely not a 4 star in my opinion it’s a medium 3 star and overpriced for what it is.

Lovely well maintained hotel
Reviewed By elvis_and_boogieHaving scoured travel companies for a hotel in Santa Eularia within our budget, we settled on the Tres Torres. On arrival, we were really impressed. The whole hotel looks better in real life than in the online photos. Lobby area is fresh, bright and airy and staff friendly and helpful. Our family room was more spacious than we expected, good aircon and no problems with noise. Breakfast was really great. An amazing amount of choice, and was nice to be able to eat outside if you wished. The pool and pool area is on the smaller side and of course all the sunbeds had towels on from 8am onwards whether people were using them or not. Reading previous reviews, we expected this, and decided to go to the beach club next to the W hotel every day instead, which was lovely and chilled and great service. Towels can be rented from the hotel for €10 deposit and can be swapped for fresh as you require. Location of the hotel is really good, straight out into the marina with great restaurants (highly recommend Bollywood). All in all, Tres Torres was better than we expected and we would definitely stay here again.
