Welcome to Millesgården - an oasis just 15 minutes from downtown Stockholm. Millesgården is an artist home, a vast sculpture park with flower beds and fountains, art gallery, restaurant, antique collection and a museum shop.

Welcome to one of the largest botanical gardens in Northern Europe. The cultivated part occupies 40 acres and holds about 12 000 species. It is a botanical garden with a strong emphasis on horticulture and the garden is divided into different sections linked by lawns with fine trees and shrubs. You will find a kitchen garden, a herb garden, perennial and annual borders, a Japanese glade, a rhododendron valley and a stunning rock garden with a waterfall. In the bulb garden you find species that are not grown anywhere else. The Greenhouses have more than 4 000 species including a large collection of orchids and carnivorous plants. The Eastern Island tree, extinct in its natural locality, is preserved here. The garden is bordering a nature reserve where also the arboretum is located.

Rosendals Garden is closed for Christmas and New Year, from 22nd of December - 4th of January 2020. From 4th of January Rosendal will be open 11am - 4pm on a daily basis. Rosendals' Garden is an oasis in the heart of Stockholm, a inspiration for enjoyable, sustainable living. For more than thirty years Rosendals' Garden Foundation has cultivated and spread biodynamic farming practices and has been a driver of the farm to fork concept. The renowned cafe/ restaurant, wood-fired stone oven bakery and farm shop are focused on highlighting the beauty and variety of flavours of locally produced organic ingredients including vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers and honey from the garden. Explore the orchard that boasts over 50 different kinds of apples, the rose garden, pre-school teaching greenhouse and garden, vineyard, green houses, a garden center, vegetable and flower gardens. The Linnaeus Garden was the first botanical garden in Sweden founded in 1655 by Olof Rudbeck the elder. It is laid out in the French Style and restored following Linnaeus' and Carl Harleman's design from 1745. Today approximately 1300 species are grown here. All known to have been cultivated by Linnaeus and arranged according to his own system. The garden is open to public May–September.

Sofiero Palace was, until the 1970s, a summer residence for Swedish royalty. The magnificent heritage of thousands of rhododendrons, beds, borders and kitchen gardens is carefully tended by a team of dedicated experts. In 2010, Sofiero was voted Europe’s Best Park.Sofiero is situated just north of the town of Helsingborg in southern Sweden. Interesting exhibitions in the palace and a variety of exciting events and activities in the beautiful park and gardens are some of the things you can look forward to when planning your visit. The season, during which the palace, shops, restaurant and café are open for visitors, starts March 31 and ends in September. However, you are welcome to visit Sofiero for a guided tour, a walk in the park and a chance to enjoy the view over the strait of Öresund to Denmark at any time of the year.
