Kosciol Sw. Wojciecha i Stanislawa

This church is pretty spectacular and makes it worthwhile to visit Rzeszow. It is very well preserved for its age and pleasing to the eye. There is an interesting picture with a triangular eye of God. The church was largely reconstructed in the 1750s. It is also called the Parish Church.

The Lancut Synagogue

Reviewed By W9738ROrong

I visited this synagogue a couple of years ago. It was a very emotional experience for me because this is where my ancestors were born and raised, married, prayed and died. My great grandfathers photo still hangs on the door to the smaller synagogue. He was the sexton in the synagogue before WWII. I went into the main sanctuary to pray and was overcome by emotion. This was exactly where my grandparents were married and went to pray every saturday. I intend to visit again this year. This place I will never forget.
