Qualito Craft Distillery

Established 2005: Qualito is a small batch organic craft distillery producing a range of craft Gin, Whisky, Vodka Infusions and Vodka Crush.

Craft distillery was a magnificent experience. Our hostess was very knowledgeable, passionate about her work and engaging. The whiskey for me was the highlight and was blown away as to the high quality of their Limpopo brand. I also thought their vodka fusion drinks were well suited for cocktails and shooters, whilst their gin's and brandy were top drawer too.

Incendo Distillery

Award winning Hartbeespoort based craft distillery. Visit our tasting room for a Gin and Chocolate pairing, rum tasting and distillery tours. Don't forget a great cocktail whilst you enjoy the view over the Magalies mountains. Only 3 kilometers from the Hartbeespoort Aerial Cable way and various restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience at Incendo Distillery. We had the Gin Tasting paired with Chocolate and a tour of the distillery. The gin was very good. What made this experience though was the outstanding customer service and the "tasting experience" where we got to smell and touch the ingredients while learning a lot about gin! It is a family business in which the owner and his wife are more than happy to discuss the ins-and-outs of their business. They are certainly very knowledgeable about their craft...which is not always the case at other brewerys, vineyards, etc that we have visited in the past. Oddly, it is a great place for families with small children. When a family arrived with two young children, the hostess quickly found a picnic blanket and even some toys to entertain the kids. A GREAT experience.

Try the new Blueberry Gin. Enjoy the creative cocktail menu. The Buffels baai is our best seller: an unusual combination of gin, elderflower syrup and litchi juice.

Distillers & Union

Reviewed By bearsnotebook - Cape Town Central, South Africa

Distillers Union is fresh on the Woodstock distillery scene. We landed at the Distillers & Union for a gin and snack pairing which was offered on Hyperli at the time. The gins all have completely different flavour profiles which are perfectly paired with delicious local garnish. Simon was a lovely host to us ladies out for the tipple and answered all our silly questions happily. He is a true gin enthusiast who took the time to show us the process they use to make their gin along with all the machinery.
