Three of us were in Hazyview last week and did the four day trip with Shinzelle. Jayden was our driver for the safari and he was absolutely wonderful!! He is so knowledgeable and astute in his awareness of animals, birds and their behaviour. The lodge where we stayed was great, the food brought to our room each night was fabulous (kudos to the chef) and there were even monkeys swinging in the trees to make it more perfect. Can't recommend this safari enough!

The Crocodile River is the focal point of this tour. We booked the 5 days budget tour with Lloyd and it was the best decision we made during our trip through South Africa. Lloyd is an amazing and very experienced tour guide and overall a very very nice guy!! He knows so much about the nature in Kruger. To all animals and plants he will provide you with tons of very interesting and sometimes funny information. And beside that you can have a great time with him at the campfire on the evenings. No need to say that he also prepares ultra-delicious meals as well. The Africamps accommodation was the base for the daily adventures with Lloyd. The camp is a very nice place on its own. Check the pictures on his webside for more details and make sure you book the Luxury-tent. It is 100% worth the small extra money!! :-) What we liked most about our tour with Lloyd was the fact that he gets still as excited and fascinated as us about the wildlife and plants we spotted, although he saw them already a million times before for sure. I can tell that in this moments we all felt like small children again, enthusiastic about everything we explore in Kruger and having the time of our life. Another cool thing was the bush-walk with Lloyd. It was a total different experience than in the Safari vehicle. But with him we felt perfectly fine and save. We can not recommend his tours high enough. For us it was THE HIGHLIGHT!! of our South Africa trip. Book with him and you will have a great time and memories for a lifetime. Thank you so much Lloyd for everything!!

I had a really great time on this safari. The guides were really knowledgeable, and I learned a lot. We saw so many animals!! It was a dream come true. The stop at Blyde Canyon on the way back is a nice plus as well. All staff was nice and friendly; great driver Tabo, excellent cook Tiger, and super field guides and bushmen Raymond and Talli. Thank you to Nyarai and Luca as well. I only have a small complaint: even for a "budget" safari, I find it absurd that drinking water it's not included in the meals that were provided. I understand for soft drinks and others but water should be included.

Working together, our tour guide Craig (left) and driver David (right) provided 20 people from 6 countries with an absolutely great, first-rate 4,000 kilometer tour of South Africa - starting in Johannesburg and ending in Cape Town. It’s still hard to believe how smoothly everything went - thanks to their professionalism and our friendly fellow passengers. There were many wonderful moments, but my highlights included a tour of Soweto, Nelson Mandela’s home, and the Apartheid Museum; leopards in Kruger National Park, rhinos in Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park, and every hippopotamus; the journey up to the highest point in the Drakenburg Mountains; Crawford’s Beach Resort with its view of the Indian Ocean; Premier Hotels & Resorts in Knysna; African Penguins at Boulders Bay, and gorgeous Capetown with its iconic Tabletop, Lion’s Head, Robbens Island and surrounding vineyards. Have I mentioned the country’s complicated and inspiring history, scenic grandeur, incredibly kind people, magnificent animals and delicious wines? I plan to visit again soon. Craig is an outstanding tour guide who makes the complex work of being a guide appear effortless. Craig’s long experience, management skills and tireless work behind the scenes or in full view of his passengers smoothed the way for all our arrivals and departures over the course of long days on the road that were even longer for him. There was nothing he didn’t do to make the trip enjoyable for all of us. Listening to Craig talk about South Africa during our two-week journey also made the bus trip much more interesting for me. At appropriate moments during the day Craig informed the group about our location or an upcoming experience. His discussions ranged from socio-economic and political history to comments on the incredible natural beauty of South Africa’s landscape, plants and animals. Craig conveys a love for his country that’s heartwarming, as well as inspiring. Whether on superhighways, city streets or mountain roads, David drove so well, we barely felt the road and arrived at all of our destinations safely and on schedule. In addition to his driving skill, David always had a smile and kind word for all his passengers. Long before the end of the trip, we all knew it would be hard to say our good-byes. One fellow traveler even wrote a song and sang her thanks to Craig and David! The rest of us were left with a final smile, hand-shake and hug for these two wonderful people who made our Cullinan Tour memorable and enjoyable.
