Reviewed By Bezalel_SchendowichThis was our first stay in a Zimmer. We took two suites allowing for a long weekend with our children and grandchildren. The facility looks new. Everything worked. the owners planned and stocked the the places with items they themselves would have needed. Sources or edibles was generally a reasonable walk away and the sleep was very much appreciated after the ups and downs of finding one's way in the old city of Safed.

In the villa there are five country-style suites, designed by an art designer and well-equipped to every last detail. Each suite has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite TV and DVD. On the ground floor there is a lovely living room, dining room, kitchen, and a coffee and tea corner. The villa is surrounded by a large garden. It is quiet and peaceful with green lawns, flowers and a rose garden. There are swings, a barbecue, summer fountains attraction, wooden cabin with a Jacuzzi spa inside, and a beautiful, brand new swimming pool facing the valley. The backyard garden is a private garden facing the Gilboa mountains. The Villa is in the highest category for "Zimmer for families" according to the guide "map," and among the five best Zimmers in Israel. On certain selected dates, weekends, holidays and the months of July and August the villa is only available as a whole, rather than as separate suites.

Characterful property in a quiet location
Reviewed By MilongaWe stayed for one night and were upgraded to a small suite. The building is characterful. The room was large, quiet and comfortable with plenty of hot water and free wifi. Easy to walk and explore. Ram, the owner was lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed a cup of his fresh herb tea as we checked in. Parking is available. We were there on a working day. Between 4pm and 8am, parking was free. Otherwise, the hotel may be able to direct you to parking. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Reviewed By MichTheTravelerThis charming B&B alongside a fabulous chef Italian restaurant is the best combination for a great getaway! The history takes you back over 2000 (!!!) Years, and is located inside an actual fortress with relics and excavations from the crusades era and even earlier. Located about 1 hour north of Haifa in the upper galili, they have B&B rooms that have previously been rooms, gateways, housing and offices within the fortress dating back over a thousand years. All still have the original floorplans, walls, arches and stone! All rooms are completely to date with amenities, beds, toiletries and everything you might need for a luxurious stay. Making the whole experience such an amazing one, progressive present meets history, all in one. Can't say enough about Salma, the owner who is a 9th generation in the fortress, she's the most darling, friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitality oriented person you'll ever meet. The breakfast is freshly made and huge!! filled with healthy, tasty local bakes goods, fresh produce, teas with locally grown herbs and is indulging as can be (totally skipped lunch on both days) and the dinner at the restaurant, well, it is a chefs Italian, all dishes are crafted to fit only fresh and available ingredients so to say we livked our fingers after every dish just won't do it enough justice. Take my word... this is a must stop by, and do yourselves a favor - ask Salma for a tour of the gortress along with the excavated ruins, the history of the place is unparalleled!! I certainly can't wait to go back:)

The house is beneath a busy road which we could hear most of the night. Two of the rooms had very high windows we could not close and it was very cold during the night. We had to sleep in jackets!One of the beds creaked every time we moved.The furniture in the open area was not in good condition and the dining area had cheap plastic chairs. The location was very accessible to the Old City and we found a good place to eat - Cafe Monitim which was essential as the house had been cleaned for Pesach and we were actually afraid to bring food into it. There was a view but we were above another busy road and it was noisy. Behind the house, on the property, there seemed to be a dumping ground for all kinds of things which we found off putting

The harmony Inn is new, styled with a tasteful blend of stone, wood and iron , it is private and a part of a unique historical 150 year old Villa full of character and charm. 3 units available: Studio / Loft / Escape * The main photo gallery is mixed with of all unites in the compound. please look at the specific galleries to make sure you reserved the right one. unit names appear on each photo

Reviewed By יעל בWe even didn't want to stay over night. The studio apartment , leveled at the entrance, gives you a poor and unpleasant feeling, though it seems to be clean. The entrance is not whelming, the bathroom is very tight. The levels are very short, so you can not stand in. The most disappointing thing is the reaction of the owners, who promised a reduce fee in our next booking....

Reviewed By eilatt11פשוט לא. המקום מיושן, מוזנח, מלוכלך ולא נעים לשהות בו. בחדר המקלחת יש ריח לא נעים, כלי האוכל לא נקיים. אין טעם לבקש חדר אחר כי מצב כל היחידות דומה. אפילו פינת הישיבה בחוץ מלוכלכת. ארוחת הבוקר שבעלת הבית מכינה טעימה ומוגשת בחן אבל גם עבורה לא הייתי מתקרבת למקום
