Very unprofessional handling of the Clients
Reviewed By Joanna RI booked a single room at this place a few weeks ago, as I liked the pictures on booking and the price. Yet, two weeks before my departure I was contacted by the place to learn that there was a mistake in the price offered on booking and that I should pay 6 times more!!!!!! As all the other places got full in the meantime and I cancelled the reservation at the other hostel long time ago, I was left with no alternative and, despite my requests to find a common solution (i.e. a price that would be satisfying to both sites), this was not accepted. I do not have data to talk about the quality of the service on the ground, yet, can definitely say that the way they approach the customer is very unprofessional and disappointing.

Toujours de bons conseils et de nombreuses recommandations de restaurants et d’activités qui nous ont permis de passer d’excellents moments. L’endroit est calme et proche de la mer (env 5min à pied) et de la lagune bleu (env 10min de taxi). Les animaux présents à la propriété ajoute un charme supplémentaire à cette maison d’hôte. La connection wifi est également bonne sur la terrasse et aux abords de la piscine. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Para orgullecerse de orígenes andalucis, rozan la míseria en el trato a los clientes. Os aconsejaría que lo penseis antes de ir. Y del desayuno no hablo, ridiculisssimo.... Zumo de Tetrabrik, 6 datiles, pan duro, y una pieza de mantequilla... Ustedes mismos

Reviewed By Tin100tinThis is a beautiful place to stay. It’s like a little paradise on the edge of the Palmerie. There are three people who work at reception, all of whom speak incredibly good English and can hook you up with very affordable tours and excursions. Before you book any excursions on your own, make sure you check with these guys first. They can find you the same tour for about half the price. The rooms are huge. My room consisted of a large bathroom, a curtained off bedroom and a huge living room. While the dining room only caters to breakfast, they can actually have delicious food delivered to your door if you’re too tired to go out. The location is really great. It’s quiet and away from the noise of the street but only a half a block off the main thoroughfare. It’s easy to grab a taxi to go to the Medina or Belvedere rock, but it’s also a nice walk to either place. There are lots of restaurants within a half kilometer radius as well. I stayed here four nights and I have to say, this place and Tozeur itself were my favorite places in Tunisia

Reviewed By 77PatelNice staff with a beautiful smile always ready to help . We stayed in this hotel in December, we had a family suit with two rooms. The room was nice and clean with lots of light,the bed comfortable and happy to see extras pillows in the closet. As for the breakfast it was nice try something different every day. Location was not to bad but if you like noise this is not a hotel for you.

Tarifs et Climatisation
Reviewed By Haykel CUne seule chambre climatisée et c'est le salon donc les 2 autres chambres sont invivables. Il faut faire très attention au tarif mentionné car il y a une différence entre ce qui est un indiqué sur Booking et sur ce que demande le propriétaire. Donc il faut lui demander le tarif exacte à payer avant même de partir. Côté emplacement elle est idéale pour partir à la plage de Sidi Yéti qui est la meilleure.
