Reviewed By Paul_37093This hotel was very clean. We had a large corner room looking out into the Mediterranean. It had a seperate bedroom from a large living room. I gave the bedroom to the person I was traveling with and the hotel make me a bed on one of the couches in the living area. It worked very well for the two of us. They have a breakfast of a meat, vegetables, yogurt, and cheese. They would bring us a boiled egg each and pastries. Friday they had a large buffet.

Poorly equiped kitchen
Reviewed By MC-0156If you need some cooking facilities, this place is very minimal. No microwave, no cooking utensils, small frig, no dish soap,sponge,etc. Only 2 of everything- 2 dishes,2 glasses, 2 forks, etc. Burners and oven may not all run at the same time (they can fix it though I think). Otherwise its a hotel room which is fine if that's all you need. Close to the beach and on the marina so nice location. Compare prices with other apartments in the marina. A close by one was 20 DN per night less for virtually the same thing. We didn't do our homework. It is more quiet at this end of the marina however that maybe that's worth 20 DN a night!

Each suite is comprised of a two-bed sofa bed. Bed room richly furnished .lcd air conditioner refrigerator hot water ... and we can add to the client audela of the essentials ... and roof terrace. Secure establishment, and with caretaker and housekeeper

Reviewed By Culture7879Great stay and very pet friendly. Both management and staff are the friendliest and kindest and determined to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel-suites are interlinked with the neighboring Carthage Thalasso hotel, so there is really everything here, from great sandy beach with sunbeds to indoor and outdoor pools, fitness rooms, spa, hammam and several restaurants. Rooms are spacious and airy and well maintained, and whenever we had small things (like light bulbs or a hole in the mosquitoe-net), it was fixed immediately. Also, safety is a very high priority here. The garden is well-kept and beautifull with many flowers, beautiful palm trees and many other trees and green. Right behind the hotel is a supermarket, carwash, dry-cleaning and shops. It is easy and quick to go anywhere from here, taxis are always avilable and cheap and it takes ca. 35 minutes into city, ca 15 minutes to La Marsa Plage. It is great for a stay that combines beach life with city life and sightseeing. Also, very dog friendly. The management even put up a door so our dog didn’t run away from the terrace. Very kind and thoughtful, everybody in the hotel was so kind to the dog.

Reviewed By SjayrandI have stayed in so many hotels in Hammamet from expensive five star and less and I have to say without a doubt this is the best hotel in Hammamet. First the apartment itself is so big, perfectly equipped, SO CLEAN. it’s incredible. The service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced around the world. We walked in and the beautiful lady at reception and the security guard remembered my name from a previous booking and just made the stay so much better. Don’t even bother paying for expensive hotels in Hammamet THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST!!!! I will return here every year for sure. Location is right in the heart too. Can’t ask for better.

Reviewed By MargaretinParisI stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I negotiated an upgrade with his boss on the phone who allowed it as I have Genius status on Booking. I visited a standard room which was quite nice and spacious (34m2) then went to my 2 room suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and huge kitchen plus an unfurnished terrace. There were two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other one, both with TV screens on the wall. There were comfortable couches and a large screen TV in the living room. There was a washing machine in the kitchen which could be useful for long stays but there were practically no utensils or dishes. I had a look at the swimming pool which wasn't suitable for swimming lengths as it wasn't very big and the shallow end was roped off for children. I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included in the price so later on I ordered some strawberry juice (no oranges in Tunisia in the summer!), a cheese omelette and a plate of fruit from room service which arrived quickly. I went to take a shower in the fancy jacuzzi bathtub. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't have any either but the worst thing was that there was no hot water. A friendly lady came over to say goodbye to me as I left which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again unless I was sure they had hot water.

Reviewed By elisabethcook13This Hotel was perfect for the week we stayed there. We can't fault it in any way. Nice spacious studio room with a balcony and excellent view of the sea and sun rising in the morning. Very clean and lovely helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was nice of a continental sort and WiFi great throughout the Hotel Amenities great so I would recommend it and in fact going back there in a couple of weeks
