Reviewed By frankceeOur favorite place to stay. We visit often. Staff is always wonderful. From housekeeping to bar to front desk always welcoming and nice.Stayed in oceanfront suite. Interior ones are better as parking lots not visible. Great rooms large with separate bedroom. 1.5 bath. Have added EV chargers recently. Level 2’s get about 14 miles per hour. Can’t count on them yet as they are not marked and non-EVs are in them usually. A great asset if can be counted on to be available. Definitely an asset. Pool bar staff is excellent. Only minor negative comment is that the pool bar/pool dining lunch menu has changed and is too sophisticated for an environment of pool swimmers and kids. Beet salad. Watermelon salad? Very little traditional food or salads available. We went to nearby hotel to get standard fare. Even tho you Can’t go wrong here. We will return soon.

Poor at every turn…
Reviewed By crouelletteThis hotel needs an update, from the furniture in the lobby to the clutter behind the front t desk you see as soon as you walk through the noise squeaky door that welcomes you, it’s just bad at every turn… The broken elevator the whole stay, the nasty curtains in the hot mile long hallway the musty smelling room and moldy sliding glass door… No room service or refresh, the hotel bar/ restaurant looks like something from 1982. For $500 a night I will not return and a Westin regular in my travels for business.

I ordered ice tea and offered refill then told making more, then told out of tea bags and everyone wants ice tea. Asked if I could have lemonade instead and took another 30 minutes to get. Asked for room to be made up did not happen. Called for towels but room phone broken and called front desk with cell phone, 3 calls and no answer. Went to front desk told towels would be brought to room, this did not happen. Went down to front desk in the morning and told they did not have fresh towels. hotel not clean. Balcony looked at second roof could not use due to noise form roof equipment.

Bogus and Over Charged
Reviewed By moevsmo1218Absolutely disappointed in this resort/hotel. Accused of smoking and no one in this household smokes. My card was charged double the amount. The front desk lady claimed the housekeeper has a picture and refused to show this such picture. I will never come back to this location. Nickel and Dime every penny. Please beware, don't take candles, incenses or sage or your card will be CHARGED without notice. Not to mention, I came home with tons of small insect bites all over my back for sleeping without a shirt on Saturday night.
