Reviewed By Sherif IThe G hotel is probably the nicest hotel on the north coast. I would've given it 5 stars if it weren't so pricey and if the staff wasn't so rookie... I visited the hotel during the off-season, yet it was crazy expensive. Other than that, everything was great, the rooms, the cleanliness, food, location of the hotel, the beach... everything. Now, about the staff; they are not rude but are just rookies.. in other words, new to the hospitality business, I give them one summer season and they'll be quite fine

First of All the Room Rate is So Expensive 2500 LE single occupancy for A hotel that provides only a room with NO other services what so ever .. NO Restaurants NO Bars NO Gym NO MINI BAR NO Room Service Nothing At ALL .. They Just have A waiter in the Lobby that get get & offer limited beverages I'm a Hotelier My Self & would like to share my negative experience for everyone to be ready what to expect if they wish to visit this Hotel I was properly welcomed upon arrival by the Front office Manager & his assistant and was totally shocked when I found out the Hotel has no F& B services however I did not mind much at that time as i had no other choice I paid 2500 LE per night and was actuality expecting at least the basics you find in a hotel which unfortunately i did not .. following are some of the problems in the room 1- Furniture is extremely old 2- Room Not clean at All 3- Spots & Stains was found in the linen of the bed which looks disgusting 4- Kettle in Room was not clean & no glasses or cups provided 5- Painting spots was clearly seen everywhere in the bathroom 6- Shower sink was blocked all the time 7- Bathroom Tap was leaking water from everywhere 8- Locks handle of the bathroom door is broken and loose 9- AC cover is broken & loose 10- Painting stains and spots are all around the door of the terrace 11- After I checked In one of the Waiters just entered the room without knocking All the above I got over it because i was just staying for 2 nights & I wanted to enjoy but they managed to even kill any joy I was expecting They did not allow me to have a drink with one of my friends by the beach although i mentioned it was only for an hour & they even have sent me the security manager to talk to me and has embarrassed me in front of my guest as they were insisting to have me pay additional fee just because i have a friend who was sitting by the beach with me for while & by the way this was after i have shared my negative room experience . They have destroyed my mood and managed to kill my day and I had to leave The hotel with my friend because I could not even enjoy a moment in peace in a place I have paid money. I truly have no words to say !! Front office Manager received my compliant and did nothing I have asked to meet the General Manager of the Hotel & he has neglected my request and has not bothered to see the guest concern or problem What Kind Of Management is This ! What kind of Hospitality is This ! Nothing what so Ever .... Guys This is not a Hotel !!! Do not expect any kind of service you receive in Hotels !! I would not even rate it a one start hotel !! I will make sure the owner of this property receives my complaint

Reviewed By draladdinI have been here at Aida 4 months ago (before the high season beginning), at that time there were no activities at all, neither at beach, nor any night activities. A complete makeover is happening this time. A highly active animation team at beach, and a twice night activities daily, one at the main hotel outdoor lounge, and the other one at the beach cafe. Indeed at Aida you will suffer a lot of paradoxes! a marvellous beach area, a majority of highly professional and co operative team, together with a very poor reception, pools, restaurant and outdated furniture.

Reviewed By 176karlaeI was at marassi recently visiting family (owners) from the United States with a foreign guest. In a general sense , Marassi is beautifully executed with great services. However, coming from Laguna beach, California, with all its private compounds and beaches, I have never experienced or anticipated a non logical scheme in which Marassi applies on its residence. The extreme restrictions on beach access, make little to no sense. Card holders should be able to access the beaches anytime with their guest without annoyance . Keeping the place classy and private does not mean making people feel unwelcome. unfortunately, all those annoying restrictions left us with a very unfavorable reception from what should’ve been an otherwise amazing one. I hope that in the future, management may be able to reflect and reconsider some of the restrictions applied in marassi on the Owners and their guest given that come to marassi specifically for relaxation and spending a good time with their family and friends. It is crucial to analyze the cause and effect of specific rules in order to meet the desired standards of marassi and it’s residents . Sadly, today. we walk away from marassi not looking forward to another visit. A true shame for a place that has so much potential.
