Reviewed By JMcGroryWe checked into this hotel for one night and was glad we were not booked for any more. The check in staff were not friendly at all. I asked if I could pay by cash instead of charging my card and I was made to feel like it would be a huge inconvenience. The room was dirty. The microwave had food particles left in it, the toilet was not cleaned properly and there were no hand towels for drying your hands. The Kleenex box was empty and the carpets were so dirty that our sox were black within minutes of being in the room. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Reviewed By karen mWe tried to save a little money by staying outside of Niagara on our trip. We booked a non-smoking room, but our room smelled like stale cigarettes. Our blanket had cigarette holes in it. The front desk called our room around 1am, and asked me if my wifi worked. I was in a dead sleep. I said "as far as I know". Then the front desk person asked me if I knew the password. What an odd thing to happen! All in all it was a place we could sleep and leave during the day. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone however.

Reviewed By Chelsea kwas at the mustangs on the Niagara show had my car in and my buddy rented a room for two nights it smells horrible there was hairs under the sheet and all over the bathroom floor and shower horrible place will never ever go back here again don't care how cheap!

Reviewed By Discgirl23My Boyfriend and I were exhausted from driving, just needed a shower and sleep so we stopped in... this place was disgusting. Wore shoes the entire time and sandals in the shower. Room was smelly, no trash can, fridge didn’t work, and the towels were also rancid. To top it off the couple in the next room screamed on top of their lungs the entire night, to the point of domestic violence. We alerted the manager and no action was taken, asked for a refund and nothing was granted, so we packed up and left.

Reviewed By DANNY PThe staff is so friendly and courteous and helped us to check in early than 3PM. Beautiful lobby with coffee and tea machine and computer with printers. Continental breakfast was exceptional. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!
