Reviewed By GonnzzI rented a non smoking room that stunk of smoke. The bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it. The pillow cases had eye lash prints on it. The desk had candle wax poured on it and burn marks. The windows were unlocked and had tears in the corners so somebody could push the window open while I’m gone I’m guessing. I found a used needle and reported it to the front desk. He took it and said nothing. I asked him what he wanted to do about this situation. He walked away. Then at 1:30 in the morning I called the front desk because there was some guy sitting in his car drinking little alcohol bottles and honking the horn. I called the front desk and asked who I was speaking with and was told he didn’t have to give me his name, what was my name and what did I want. I told him and he called me back after I yelled out the window at the e guy and he walked away dropping bottles everywhere. The front desk guy told me there was nothing. He could see the cameras and there was no body. They didn’t make it better for me or suggest a different room or refund or discount next time. NOTHING!!! This place is covered with illegal activity and the front desk Bangladesh guys knows it’s happening and don’t care. Terrible stay. No sleep!

Reviewed By LKGlennWe stayed here for a concert last week and had a lovely time. Very clean and comfortable. Bookstore next door, places to grab breakfast across the street. About a 15 minute walk to SAP. Slept well, although I would suggest ear plugs. My friend's family used to own a hotel in Tahoe, and she was very impressed with how clean the room was. It's a no frills motel, but The Alemeda has a lot to offer.

Reviewed By danlZ440GSI booked a room for my brother and his roommate. They are fire evacuees. When he arrived he was refused the room because his roommate didn't have a photo ID. He had a government issued temp ID from 8:15 this morning from DMV and his birth certificate. But no photo ID. Now they're out driving around so EZ-8 Motel San Jose I can rent they're room to johns and hookers at retail room rates. Obviously Priceline has no control over they're full fillers and obviously EZ-8 Motel has no shame and no honor!!! So when you evacuate your home, don't forget your wallet. I'm sleeping with mine.

Reviewed By candiep2021My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now . All the staff has always made us feel so welcome but the one that really stands out is Debenncy. I recognize her attributes and she’s honest and sincere and goes out of her way to make sure whatever it is you may need- that it’s handled . It’s rare to meet people that do things from their heart and actually care and when you find it it’s definitely appreciated. Debenncy gives her job 100%. I would also like to mention the one employee that’s a “ handy man” , he’s been working there since we have been coming here. He needs to learn that he’s no better then any one else and the way he acts is extremely ugly. We all hopefully learn in this life that we are all people and equal and until your perfect then you can judge the next . Thank you Motel 6 you all are appreciated!!

Reviewed By Robert BIt is a shame obscenities are not allowed because they would be appropriate in describing this dump. The site is just off the freeway but that is the least of the problem. Checking in is like going through customs, the parking lot has more craters than the moon, the common areas are caked with dirt, and the rooms are grubby. Oh, did I mention, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I always felt safe and secure. Customer Service is more than I expected for Motel 6. Book in advance if you want to guarantee as this location is often sold out.
