A magnet for skiers and hikers, these dramatic peaks – including the iconic Matterhorn – range from 3,000 to 15,000 feet and spread across three-fifths of the country. Abundant glaciers, scenic valleys and gorgeous alpine lakes add to the region's visual appeal. The Glacier Express train travels the 7.5-hour route through the Swiss Alps from Zermatt to St. Moritz, passing through fairy-tale villages and over 291 bridges along the way.

We are a holiday resort with Serviced Apartments and Private Houses and are located in the recreation area of Davos. We are personal, reliable and honest; in a friendly and attentive atmosphere. All our accommodation possibilities - whether apartments or private houses - are arranged by us personally with a lot of criteria, practically down to the detail. The generous Solaria resort is owned by our family and is run by us with our team with a lot of heart and soul. We are personal, reliable and honest; this in a friendly and attentive atmosphere.
Very comfortable and spacious apartment with all the needed amenities and very close to the cross-country skiing slopes. 10min walk to shops and grocery stores (main street of the village). Safe and quiet location. The perfect spot!

Breathtaking nature, snug beds, cosy chimney, pure food and 100% relaxation in an UNESCO world area. Stay where the world can't find you...
One of the best places to stay and enjoy the amazing mountain atmosphere in Belalp, Switzerland. We were around 20 people and they've managed us amazingly. The food is great, the hosts were super friendly and very attentious with everything. The rooms were cozy and vintage oriented..and the views in the morning...what a pleasure! We had a great experience: we danced, smiled, we felt in love, just like being at home. We'll book again for sure, I've never felt I could have such welcome place around.

Bed & Bike Tremola San Gottardo is located at the beginning of the legendary Tremola road on the south side of the Gotthard. Our Bed & Bike is the ideal starting point to discover the Gotthard region. Our 8 double rooms, all with private bathrooms, free WIFI, and TV, are the result of an elegant renovation, which respects the original architecture and the environment
Small cosy village hotel in the middle of the village. The room was very clean, and old elements like the wooden floor were integrated to a modern design. The bed was very comfortable. Food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast.

When entering the town of Isenthal my uncle and I were fascinated by the incredible scenery of this town and felt as though we couldn’t be impressed anymore until we got to this hotel. We got to the hotel at around 8.30 at night and were greeted kindly by the staff and shown are room. Unfortunately we don’t speak any German but fortunately the staff speaks very good English. We had a late night dinner in the hotel which was very nice and not too expensive compares to other places we had eaten. The staff also asked us were we okay with everything quite often and attended to any needs we had almost immediately. Waking up the next morning, the breakfast was great and there was a great variety of things to eat like different pastries, many different cheeses and also different types of bread While sitting in the dining area, one can only feel very comfortable with local photos on the wall and photos of music traditions of the area. Unfortunately we only stayed here one night but we could have stayed here for weeks! Our view from the room faced the beautiful green hills and mountains of this beautiful area. The Hotel is located right in the centre village so we were able to walk around and take fantastic photos. 5 out of 5 and I recommend to all tourists including those from abroad, as I said earlier staff speaks excellent English. Overall... INCREDIBLE .

We were there for one night end of May. The rooms are truly beautiful (as much as they appear on the website). Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn’t match it. If the dinner was nice (far from exceptional anyway), the breakfast was really disappointing, with just basic products; we had the impression we could have the same one in any 1 or 2 stars hotel. Also, we had a fantastic view, but some rooms don’t have any view at all (despite the reservation site saying all rooms have mountain view). On another point, the rooms with a view are right above the terrace which can probably become quite noisy depending on the affluence. Despite these points, we loved this place (and that’s why we still give it a 4).

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Klein Matterhorn - our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and helped us with onward transport to Zermatt. Room was clean and had all the amenities. Highly recommended for couples or families looking to explore the area.

Perfect place to be when traveling with dogs. You are getting an apartment and not a room. Spacious, with bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Not to forget to mention the large balcony. Hard floor rather than carpet is also a big plus. A highlight is the lovely park. It is also a retirement home, so very quiet, no screaming kids. Parking garage, gym and indoor pooil (around 17 m long, so you can really swim). Very kind staff. 10 mins walk from the Lungolago di Locarno. The dogs loved our stay too. :-) We‘ll be back soon.

Cosy hotel at the heart of St. Niklaus. Surrounded by houses from the last century. From St. Niklaus to Zermatt or Grächen it's just a few minutes by train. The perfect starting point for excursions to Zermatt.
We stayed in the new rooms which were stylish and very clean. The beds are super comfy. Breakfast was good and the owner very helpful. St Nicklaus is small and quiet and the train station only a very short walk away. We would recommend this hotel.

Family hotel in Baar near the city of SION in Switzerland. It was a bit difficult to find it because the address on the booking website was incorrect. We had to call on the phone and they explained to us how to get there. The rooms were large and spacious and were after renovation. The hotel has a restaurant, where we had an excellent dinner. Recommended !! Do not look for another place, eat there. You can see that the owners of the place try very hard to make the guests have a pleasant stay.
