Fabulous position

Quite a modern feel and everything you need for a short stay We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Negatives - Room quite small, considering we had the superior it wasn’t very big, would be hard to stay for more than a couple of nights. Blanket that has been put on the bed clearly wasn’t washed, when we took it off it was covered in sand and this got all over the clean bedding underneath. I’d rather no blanket if it’s too difficult to wash! Bathroom needed a deep clean as grout in shower was mouldy and a lot of cobwebs throughout room but key elements were ok. No air con which I don’t mind but impossible to leave window open because our room opened on to the gravel car park and people were walking backwards and forwards all night setting all the security lights off and crunching the gravel - take your ear plugs when it’s hot! Charge was advertised at €10 euros for a dog. This is expensive compared to similar hotels, not sure what the €10 pays for as it feels like sand is a bigger problem in the rooms than my dog that doesn’t shed any hair and brings her own bed! If it was immaculate, I understand, but for an extra mop of the floor which should be completed after each stay anyway this seems a bit excessive. Maybe a deposit system instead?

Reviewed By pwalsh667029If you are loooking for a quiet relaxing break this is for you. In a beautiful setting with good accommodation and a huge swimming pool. If you have children then come in July and August when the village comes alive with multiple activities available for the whole family.

New in town really bad service
Reviewed By Sw10talWaiter asked if we had a reservation in a quiet Resturant! Then huffed and puffed took 10 mins to even bring a menu! Choices were poor and atmosphere worse - will not recommend this to the English in St Jean!

Gorgeous apartment close to the centre of St Martin
Reviewed By juliegK6484NCSmall apartment for a couple - little decking area with table, chairs and loungers. Then a small but well equipped kitchen/diner/sitting room. Then upstairs a comfy double room and ensuite. Cooking facilities much better than described on website - suitable for cooking a proper meal. Sonia - the hostess was very helpful and even printed our boarding cards and paperwork out without charging anything. Cleaning at the end of the stay was no more onerous than emptying the bins and stripping the bin. Good value.

Reviewed By laurence mChambre parfaite propre toute neuve bonne literie. Calme. L accueil gentil mais s intéresse peu à ses clients demande rien même pas si on a passé une bonne nuit bref. Petit déjeuné correct vu le prix 6euros dommage pas de baguette fraîche mais à la place une tranche de pain de mie froide jus d orange en brick mis en carafe. Mais par contre certains clients de l hôtel avait droit à des bouteilles style pampryl ?? Pas compris Sommes reste deux nuits. Lits non fait poubelles non vidées par contre on nous a fermé les volets et mis des serviettes propres encore la bizarre le prix de la chambre est tout de même à 110 euros . Bien situé tout près du zoo de la palmyre et des différents petits port de plaisance , de la tremblade etc ….l hôtel possède un restaurant mais au lieu d avoir un repas portugais annoncé lors de ma réservation nous nous sommes retrouvés sans carte des menus et un magret de canard dans l assiette 3eme bizarrerie. Je précise habite dans le Périgord le magret je connaît le rapport qualité prix de l hôtel est top au vu de la propreté et la qualité de la chambre

Writing this review while laying on a lounge chair in the beautiful garden, Olivier, his mother Michelle and Christophe were wonderful hosts, so gracious, welcoming and helpful. Olivier had good suggestions for places to see in the area - take his advice!! You will be glad you did. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at in our travels and we would love to come back to visit again. If you are looking for a place to have a good sleep, eat well, relax and enjoy the regional area and the hosts company then this is the place. Secure parking, air conditioning, large renovated rooms with great bathroom fixtures and as I have already mentioned, hosts that will go out of their way for you. This is a 10 stay! Thank you Olivier, Christophe and Michelle for providing us with two wonderful days and a delicious dinner! And a very nice breakfast with very good coffee!!

Pour ce qui est des logements: propre et très bien équipées: nous avons carrément eu un appartement avec chambre, SDB, cuisine et petite pièce de séjour. Machine à laver, lave vaisselle grand frigidaire,congélateur, four micro onde et plaques de cuisson .. Je conseil fortement !
