Recently restored Villa Albatros with 12 apartments is situated in small town Vinisce, which is 20 km from Trogir and 45 km from Split. House is placed in the centre of Vinisce (50 m from store, 50 m from restaurant,) and 10 m from public beach.

Reviewed By BartGorWe were there for almost two weeks. Good location in little, nice croatia town / village. Near the Villa is the public beach with sand and little stones. Clear water in the bay. The room was nice with balcony. The disadventage was rare cleaning. Very poor wifi quality.

Reviewed By Mary DPamela and Ivan are exceptional hosts. It is the 5th year when we come to them and every time we spend unforgettable moments. The apartments are very close to the beach, a mini market and a bakery. Is exactly what you want.

Reviewed By karolinchekGreat apartments! I stayed several times with my family. The appartments are spacious, very clean, and have a great view (with balcony/terrace). The owners are also super friendly. Location is also perfect (next to the beach). I would definitely recommend apartments Majic! ?

Reviewed By AusbergerovaВ Винишче мы провели с 25 .06 по 3.07 .20.Суперские условия проживания , все что нужно было а то и больше все нашли в апартаментах.Очееь приятные хозяева , хозяйка приносила свежие овощи с грядки.Апартаменты расположены 150 метров о т пляжа .Само Винишче, маленькое село но это плюс для отдыха с детьми .Всем рекомндую,остались очень довольны.Огромное спасибо !

Great place for Great, yet inexpensive family holiday
Reviewed By djezbezinaVery nice and clean apartments in somewhat secluded part of croatia seaside. We spent whole week there in beatifully furnished apartment, most days it was hard to persuede kids to go to the Beach, the heated swimming pool was to good; it is very big a well designed, with a lot of accesories. The Beach is 200m away, but the road is rather steep, once you get there you are rewarded with most beautifull crystal clear sea. Unfortunately, or fortunately, there are no Beach bars or stores on the Beach. The surrounding is very peacefull and quiet, you can really enjoy hiking or cycling tours, which we did. The Best part is that the prices are not that high as in some other location in croatia. All in all, grat place to spend peacefull family holiday.

Reviewed By The-Hills-onthe-hillWe stayed here as a family of 4, with older teenage children. The apartment is extremely well finished to a very high standard. There is: a kitchen/ diner/lounge area with a sofa which can pull out as a sofa bed; small bathroom with shower: double room with king size bed and a twin room. There are two small balconies, one off the lounge and one off the master bedroom. Everything is spotlessly clean. There are lots of thoughtful touches, such as handwash, pegs for the drying line, tea towels, hair dryer etc. The air conditioning worked really well, and the WiFi signal was good. The view from our top floor bedroom balcony was lovely. The apartment is located within easy walking distance from shops and a number of restaurants. We ate out every evening, but it would be possible to self cater as the small kitchen area is very well equipped. The hosts Jaksa and Lydia are superb; welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. Both speak good English, although Lydia is a little less confident to talk. Vinisce itself is a lovely quiet family friendly resort with a community feel. It’s a little drive off the main road, but worth it. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for our first time in Croatia.
