It’s not accessible for the street directly - was told to just walk the 6 bags and kids…. and management was doing emails, not attending to guests. All in all a BiG Pass

The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, the staff is helpful, and the breakfasts due to the combination with the Ibis hotel are above standard. We will definitely be back again.

Bad service, messy breakfast, new and clean rooms
Reviewed By pvhtravelThis hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance from Orly 4 and 3 terminals and the P Eco. Rooms are clean and standard. At checkin, we showed our reservation which clearly indicated "breakfast included". However, this was not recognized by the hotel and we had to pay the breakfast separately. The booking was through the unreachable Hotels.com, part of Expedia and the hotel did not care to try to solve this with Expedia directly, it was our problem. So we paid double for breakfast and it turned out to be very messy: no staff, tables not cleaned, no coffee cups or juice glasses left, no cutlery, many of the items missing. If we had known that, we would certainly not have booked with breakfast, and we would not have paid the breakfast in the hotel. There are much better options around Orly than this hotel.

All receptionist employees were excellent kind and helpful to any information i was needed. near metro station is marie d ivry and from the station you need the bus number 323 that stops 20 meters away from hotel. i did had breakfast but as far as i visited breakfast room i believe that my decision not to have breakfast was correct. in about 10 minutes walking there is a carrefour market and you can buy anything you would like for your breakfast lunch and dinner. we arrived thurstday unfortunately we could not have a navigo card for a week because they give a navigo week card only monday...so we had navigo card day by day and the cost is 7,5 euros per day but it s very convinient because we can have as many busses trains and rer you need everywhere in paris. of course a week navigo is cheap if you arrive paris monday...the second not good thing was that louvre museum first sunday of the month was not free because of covid situation they answered me...i did like it at all , pompidou center was free but you have to be there early morning i was there about 11 and they gave me free ticket at 19,30 also d orsay museum was free but you had to wait outside about 3 hours so i paid a ticket and visited d orsay some other day. paris was wonderful and everything was perfect. and my room at the front side of hotel was extremely quiet . they dont clean the room every day but i knew it before my booking and i did not need it . this hotel shall be my hotel next 10 years anytime i visit paris

Works for a quick overnight stay
Reviewed By DinoladyThis hotel is convenient to the early airport. The room is a nice size the beds are comfortable and there wasn’t too much noise. The bathroom is large and has a very nice tub. One of the negatives is that the carpet is very stained and it’s hard to tell whether it’s just stained or is dirty. There is a bar/restaurant available and we did have a pizza from the bar. It was fine. One of the wall-mounted lights is damaged and so the light flickered off and on continuously. It really isn’t very safe. There is a tea kettle in the room but there was no coffee there was one package of hot chocolate and one package of tea.

Nice hotel, but far from tourist attractions
Reviewed By D1v3Sh4rkThe hotel is very good overall - clean, modern room with comfortable bed. The location isn't ideal for visiting the tourist attractions, especially if the public transportation isn't running. Several Uber drivers canceled pickups, and a taxi cost €30+ from the Moulin Rouge.

I really had the impression I was not welcome. None of the staff spoke and understood English. Rooms are not well maintained. They were dirty and old.

We banged at the door (probably woke up a few guests) and called the phone but no one was there to answer from half past midnight until past 1AM. Worse hotel I've stay in my life - I am not exaggerating and I've travel to some funny places. My 6year old daughter was terrified we'd have to spend the whole night outside and broke in tears - to a point I decided to break in (illegally, since no one would open the door / not really safe for paying guests,,,) to start our night on the reception sofa until staff came back from wherever they were... After explaining "it was not his fault" they weren't appropriately staffed, I was asked to pay full price with no apology. Picture below is my terrified daughter sleeping on the reception sofa after we had to break in.

First of all, his strategical position: the hotel is not situated in the city centre but still is well connected with it thanks to the efficent metro/public transportation. It takes 15 min or less to reach the very city centre. Also, the hotel is confortable: it is clean, the staff is really professional and the breakfast is delicious. They are renewing the hotel so you will surely different and more modern rooms. I really loved staying there.
