Located in a great area
Reviewed By happy262015The hotel is located right off the Fwy 80 and nearby many eateries. Beds are comfortable, very clean, and rooms are spacious. We had breakfast and it was actually very good and they provided items to grab and go. The personal have great personalities and very helpful. Will definitely stay again. My event was in fairfield and the hotel is literally 8 minutes away from there.

Reviewed By joy_dillSo I never thought I would be making a review like this but I have to in order to spread awareness. I stayed at this hotel for 2nights. I’m a female so yes I wear makeup. This hotel determined that I damaged their towel/sheet because of makeup stains and a spill of a drink. I was charged $100 for this and I’m truly in disbelief. Are the sheets not gonna get washed!? I have tried to get in contact with Sally Gainey the financial advisor for weeks with no response about this issue. This is so unfortunate esp as an active duty service member but it’s okay. I will never stay here again.

Reviewed By Kris DRoom was clean and well kept. Dogs are very welcome. Large atrium breakfast area with a varied selection of hot and cold choices. Appeared to be a turkish coffee station in the atrium that you could purchase. Walking distance to Outback Steakhouse and movir theaters.

Reviewed By 2RetiresLovely hotel. Super clean in lobby and hall and in our room and bathroom. King bed is so comfortable as are the pillows--either soft or slightly firmer. Linens are perfect. Ample lightning, ample plugs for chargers. Huge tv--what a treat! Easy to keep the air at a comfortable climate. The concierge duo were delightful, prompt, and very courteous. We definitely recommend this great property and will stay here from now on when we pass through on our journeys.

Hair and Urine in toilet

If you are looking for Peace and quiet, I would avoid this hotel has the walls are thin and noise is a concern between rooms and hallway. Short staffed and the new staffs are clueless.

Reviewed By DSightCThe rooms are still clean, and the Manager Erica was once again extremely helpful. However, the front desk girl was away from the desk the whole time I stayed. It was impossible to request something if no one is ever there in the evening returning back from work. I rarely write my reviews on TripAdvisor but since I did a year ago found the need to follow up. The staff has changed which is disappointing because they were better before. The unhelpful FD lady said she was the Supervisor/Manager so I asked her why is she the only one that’s always gone from the desk. She said because I’m busy that’s why to which I received an eye roll. Upon, checkout I was able to speak to Erica again she was helpful, understanding and apologetic for her staffs behavior. She informed me she would discuss with the staff members. I will only stay again thanks to her and the cleanliness of rooms. Miss the 2 ladies from last year.

Reviewed By Jessica0825With the prices they charge i dont see how they can not advertise they charge for parking on top of the room. Its ridiculous. Never will stay here again. The most inconsistent hotel we've been in in that area. Not even anything close that would require extra parking prices.
