Residence and appartment badly in need of a refurb
Reviewed By Philippe HPositives are that it is a calm location close to a nice beach in a magnificent region. On the downside it is far from an animated town centre so not much to do at night or you need a car, the residence and flats are old and badly need a refresh. Ours was way overpriced. Poor value.

Reviewed By U8266GAanaThis is hands down my favourite place to stay. Everything is perfect. The host is gracious and kind, and makes you feel at home right away. The breakfast is sublime. The rooms are fantastic and well preserved, and the gardens are a delight to look at. This was my second time here, and we will keep coming back. We were worried about travelling because of Covid-19, but all the staff wears masks and everything is clean and desinfected.

Reviewed By Tour821445We stayed for a week and enjoyed it immensely. Very nice and quiet place, very beautifully arranged, wonderful pool. Bedroom could have been a little bigger, as we had a baby and the baby cot barely fit there, otherwise, it was very very nice.

Wonderful Place
Reviewed By Darren BI arrived off the ferry at Bilbao and by the time I arrived I was soaked, that was the last time I was disappointed with my trip to Maison Hamak. The hosts were fantastic and made me feel very welcomed into there home. The area surrounding, from the beautiful beaches of San Sebastion to the winding roads up into the Pyrenees were magnificent. My stay was one I will cherish thanks to Veronique and Werner.

A night in Urrugnes
Reviewed By Pierre-Michael DWe stopped in Urrugnes at the Auberge chez Maite to see my wife's sister and family, who are camping in Bidart, near Biarritz. We had a good deal via Internet and we were nicely surprised to discover a great place to stay. The auberge is really nice, staff friendly and we had 2 great rooms. The Soccori room is very spacious and if the booking website limited it to 3 people, we could easily sleep at 5. This is a true family room and if you would like to book it, I would advise to contact directly the Auberge. The Auberge is next to the Church, so you will hear the bell ringing every hour if you are a light sleeper. Urrugnes is a very charming village and I would recommend to walk around and enjoy viewing the traditional houses.

CASA DI CHARME IN UNO SPLENDIDO PAESINO
Reviewed By NORAPadovaHo soggiornato per 2 notti nella suite Bolero (camera familiare composta da 2 camere comunicanti e un bagno) con marito e un figlio di 19 anni. La casa è un'antica dimora signorile gestita con amore dalla proprietaria Pascaline, la cui famiglia possiede la casa da 4 generazioni. La nostra camera era all'ultimo piano e - a parte i tre piani di scale da fare con le valigie senza ascensore - siamo stati benissimo: letti comodi, molto silenzio, grande doccia. Ottima e ricca la prima colazione, servita nello splendido giardino, dove ci si può rilassare facendo una partita a bocce nell'apposito campetto, oppure semplicemente leggendo un libro e ammirando il panorama. Il paesino di Urrugne è delizioso con le sue case tutte bianche e rosse e si è a pochi chilometri sia da Saint Jean de Luz (Francia) che da San Sebastian (Spagna). Davvero un bell'indirizzo!
