Reviewed By Stephen MResorts World is a very nice casino with very accommodating staff. The restaurants within the Casino are good to average but not spectacular. The Steak restaurant is a tier two/three steakhouse and needs to be upgraded. Comparable to a “Firebirds”,etc but not Even close to a NY City,Chicago or Vegas style steakhouse. Bars are great. Great accommodations whether it’s the Main hotel or Alder.

The check on staff was stellar and house keeping at the end Leslie and Shelia were the best! The checked out rooms and helped make sure we didn’t forget anything and we’re so kind and sweet. I don’t know what happened from the last visit but the over all staff was definitely a lot nicer and welcoming and smiling and greeting us at every corner. We felt loved!! Definitely coming again and again and again! Thank you!!

Reviewed By Michael KHotel was clean and quiet .Comfortable bed.Staff friendly. A little over priced .$200 with aarp discount and tax for two in a standard double queen room. That was the cheapest. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices.Coffee weak.Female employee running buffet tried to fix the situation

Reviewed By Table42Selected this property because of its location about 10 miles from Bethel Woods, where we were attending a function. Booked through a discount site and think pricing for included (ie. breakfast) and additional services (ie. bike rental) could be more transparent. That said, it met all my expectations for serenity, good food, and restful, quality accommodations. Based on the hotel's website information, we brought our own coffee maker; however, coffee was available at the front desk and in the restaurant. In-room tea making supplies were provided. We did not partake in the wellness nor spa offerings, but may have been influenced to do so if there had been more personal interaction with the staff. Including photos that may help future guests plan their trip.

Hell Hole

The stench of cigarettes in the filthy, stained room was so rancid I was willing to eat the cost of the nights I booked and left in the middle of the night to go to the palace in Cobleskill two and a half hours a way. I don't know if the flies in the room stayed, but I sure left. This place is a disgrace to the Wyndom name

Reviewed By 572gingerkThis was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were two women travelers and felt very unsafe. The room was disgusting, the tiles on the bathroom floor were buckling, the bed was lumpy, pillows flat as a pancake. Worst of all. someone was knocking on our door at about 2 am for about five minutes. It was really frightening and horrifying. I can't believe they are allowed to rent rooms. There was a sign on one door that said: Unsafe building, discontinue occupancy.
