Reviewed By KentandLyraWe set out with a goal of hiking Mt Pinatuba and luckily we found Alvin and Angie! All we had to do was show up the night before and Alvin and his team took care of the rest. We arrived around 6 PM and had a good night rest for our 5AM breakfast. By 0530 we were all loaded into 4x4 vehicles and headed out for our Mt Pinatuba accent. The drive was fun and provided excellent views of the mountains. It was 1.5 hrs in the 4x4 up to the trail head where we dismounted and walked the 7km with our guide leading the way to the top. We ate a delicious meal at the top and began heading down after taking time to enjoy the view and take plenty of pictures. We crossed a stream multiple times along the way up and relished the beautiful scenery the entire way up and down the mountain. The accommodations, food, service and tour were all fantastic. We highly recommend!

So uncomfortable hotel, poor rooms
Reviewed By FNAbadIt's a very uncomfortable hotel. Rooms were small. Airco was noisy. Small shower room. Shower is very bad, no water pressure at all and it was very stinky. Saw spider webs so that just meant the room was not cleaned up. Staff were so and so, they don't greet you and they don't even smile at you. Just typical provincial style of service.

Reviewed By iamrosie12We enjoyed our stay in Casareal Hotel. Their standard room is big. Foods are affordable and delicious. Personnel are very accommodating. It’s almost perfect except from the wifi in our room as there’s no own wifi for our room unlike in other rooms. But they gave us access yo other room’s wifi but the signal is not that good.

Reviewed By VitaNoctisNot really big choice for breakfasts but nicely cooked, so we were enjoying it pretty much, private territory with parking spots good for 5-6 cars, as for staff we saw only two people which were super nice and friendly, they were obviously doing their best for us, so we could feel family kinda vibe from them and we appreciate that a lot. Pretty safe and clean location comparing to the rest of Tarlac. But the room wasn't clean enough which disappointed us. Definitely will come back again!

From coordinating your accommodations and private tour of the crater, visitors feel the utmost care and concern showed by the owner, Allan from the start. The non flashy yet flavorful home cooked meals make you nostalgic for your grandmother's kitchen. I've traveled all over the world and stayed in various hotels and resorts, Casa Hermogina has the cleanest smelling towels and linens I have ever encountered. And their kind courteous staff from Driver Jay, Guide Nardo, Masseuse Lani, and the adorable server Karen provides the perfect service that makes your stay in this 9 roomed bed and breakfast even more memorable. It's tiny. It's cozy. It's clean. It's affordable. And the welcome you get is heartfelt. And if I can do the Pinatubo Trek, so can you.

A Hotel with interesting ambiance
Reviewed By Antonio MOur request for a Senior Citizen friendly room was kindly accommodated by their service oriented staff at the check-in counter. The room given at ground floor is obviously newly renovated with new aircon and CR facilities. What is interesting are the collections of hundreds of elepants of different sizes and the "aztec" designs of tables and seats at the area outside and at the restaurant. An overnight stay or two will be enough for resting or just visiting the City as there are no other facilities such as swimming pool or gym to enjoy. Reviewed By JessicadomingoIf you are looking for a cheap place to stay in, this is it. Toiletries are available. Room is clean. You can tell that they change the sheets unlike other hotels. For the Suite, you have a jacuzzi. For the deluxe you a have small table and slippers. Food was terrible and definitely not fresh. So buy food outside. I spent an entire afternoon in the room to review some papers and i cant breathe because there are no windows. The rooms were obviously built for privacy with two doors to enter before going in the room. For the drive in service somebody just collects the fee at your doorstep once you are ready to leave. Overall its ok and cheaper.

Reviewed By Paradise313109AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Woke up in the night with blood on the sheets from getting bitten. This wasn't a nightmare! On further inspection found Bed Bugs, spider webs and mosquitoes! Went to ask for a refund and they said it's not there policy.

Reviewed By JoepepCielosThe Provincial Government of Tarlac invited me to conduct a workshop even during community quarantine. The venue of the workshop is at Propicio Hotel and Resort in Tarlac City. My room was great and clean. It has a big washroom. It was a nice place to stay if you wanted an intimate hotel for your family or friends. The facility only has nine (9) rooms. They followed strict health protocols during that time of our stay.
