Reviewed By JAGOLFEverything was perfect. The rooms are new renovated and the sea view is spectacular.The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The food is very tasty and plentiful. The pool was clean. We will definitely come back.

Perfectly situated in Ibiza's Yacht Harbour of Marina Botafoch, Ocean Drive Ibiza combines retro glamour with its instantly recognizable art deco design. Good hotel, great location, small rooms though!
Reviewed By 9193benjaminbSo, overall the stay was good. The hotel is in a great location near the marina with some really nice places to eat and is a stones throw to the beach. The staff were great, helpful, polite and always had a small and remembered who we were and what we ordered. The only downside was the room which was small, and I mean small, basically the bed and nothing else. The bed was comfy, but there were no draws in the room, the fridge didn’t work and the door to the bathroom was broken, plus missing tiles in the shower! I loved Ibiza and it didn’t dampen the stay, but if it had been as depicted would have made it better - as I say I can’t fault the staff, location and Ibiza is amazing!

Reception was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything and restaurant had a good buzz most times of day. Room was cleaned every day with towels and bedding changed too if wanted. Breakfast was not elaborate but plentiful and did the job. Appreciated that room had a small fridge and option for heating as well as air con. Only complaint would be walls quite thin so woken by other peoples alarms a few times! Safe to walk around bay at night and about 30 min walk into old town.

Not what it should be
Reviewed By markbS7046VKWe spent 4 days here and unfortunately our overall impression was disappointment. The general level of service is not quite five star. The beach is kind of non existent (just a strip of sand with sun beds - see picture for actual beach) The room initially had a damp smell but we weren’t sure if that was the smell from the seaweed rotting on the beach or the actual room. Room itself was fine - however was never swept and so the floor remained a bit gritty for the whole period. On 3 occasions we had to request housekeeping as they seemed to have forgotten us. Also randomly replaced some items but not others. Service around the pool is incredibly slow which we worked out was down to the day bar staff not really coping. Breakfast service also not great and general cleanliness in breakfast room not good. On the positive side; some of the staff were lovely and the evening bar ran well. It feels like I am nit picking but I did not feel that I got a five star experience here and the price is 5 star.

Reviewed By 550elleeWe chose to stay here on this occasion due to its location, however I would say we are a little dissapointed. The hotel is “nice” and there isn’t anything particularly wrong with it per say. It feels a bit cheap, the staff and services and food aren’t amazing but equally they’re not bad either. It feels to me like an old 3 star hotel that’s been rushed to be upgraded. It really could have been 5 star and probably should be considering it’s price. The pool area feels a bit cheap, the loungers, parasols, bar etc could have been a bit better, the pool is absolutely freezing to the point where is uncomfortable to stay in it so long, I really disliked the towel card, I just feel again for the cost it felt so budget ( you have to present a vista print Esque voucher for a towel and if you lose the thin card voucher you are charged €20!!) The rooms are nice, again a little cheaply finished, bed is very comfy. We did upgrade our room and were very disappointed at the fact the larger rooms don’t come with any balcony at all! Again I can’t say anything particularly negative about the hotel apart from I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels that have been just as good as this, I would personally say it’s more of a great 3 star or very low 4 star. It’s the equivalent of a fancy premier inn in the sun in my opinion. I really wanted to love the hotel and be desperate to come back but I just won’t I’m afraid!

It enjoys a privileged location, between the bays of Talamanca and Ibiza town, whose city, world heritage, so far only 1.8km., 5 minutes from the marina Botafoch, casino and various nightlife areas such as the famous nightclub Pacha.106 rooms renovated in 2012 (most with sea views),with a modern design, new bathrooms, led lighting, beds of 1.05 x 2.00 meters and beds of 2.00 x 2, 00 meters(upon request and availability), air conditioning, flat screen TV, safe (for rent), telephone, minibar and terrace. Wi-Fi access throughout all the hotel.
