Reviewed By R WThe staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and QUIET. I got a good nights sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable. My only complaint was the tv would not get local channels and I wanted to catch the local news. No biggie. I still enjoyed my stay.

Reviewed By mdlacyWe stopped here for a night on the way home from an RV trip. The hotel itself is nice, if you close your eyes until you are inside. The grounds around the hotel are about as bad as a junk yard. No grass, thorn bushes and trash galore! We saw roofing shingles, broken glass, food, everything but needles. My dog kept getting stickers in her paw. It was almost as if they built a nice building and then ran out of money for landscaping and clean up! My advice: keep driving 41 more miles to Sidney NE. The Comfort Inn there is the same price and much much nicer!

Reviewed By lisavsNothing fancy but this place felt comfortingly home-like. Would definitely stay here again if I happened to be in Sterling. I think the bed was Thermarest - I'm not a huge fan of those but was comfortable. Nice hardwood floors. Town itself is a food desert, go with the locals place everyone likes, J&L Cafe, its not health food, lets call it 50s retro.

Reviewed By Mike WNext door to a defunct hotel and a correctional facility. Not very clean. Bed was ok and front desk woman was pleasant. But that couldn't overcome the bleakness of this place. We did find a great Lenten fish fry at St. Anothony's church in Sterling.
