Good stay
Reviewed By Bigr1Good overall stay. I got done working early. I had to wait a little while but they were able to get me checked in early. The hotel is older but they do a good job of keeping it clean. The water pressure is excellent. The rooms are a good size & the a/c works & is quite. Can’t ask much more in a room

Bad decision
Reviewed By GiforsureOn our way to FL looking for a good place to stay and unfortunately the hotels we wanted were all booked for the night. I went by the good reviews I saw here and booked this hotel which stated that was in Fayetteville. I thought it would be right off of 95, but instead it took us through some half dead and shady town for 15 min before we arrived to the hotel. I'm sure where to even begin explaining the experience we had, but to start with some positives...the front desk gentleman was polite and friendly and the pillow was comfortable. Sadly everything else was a disappointment. The stained sheets and towels, the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen, the hallways reeked of weed and the worst part was the rowdy guests that woke us up at 1am and were slamming doors, arguing, laughing, etc. I couldn't wait to get put of there with my family and was very concerned being there with my children. How can anyone recommend a place like this?? Sorry, but that's a big NO from me. Better planning next time for sure! :-(

Reviewed By Valedc03lsThis stay was quite pleasant. Check in and out was rather smooth. Breakfast was fine. Sleeping was decent. The staff was great. The area is rather convient to Pope Airfield and Fort Bragg. The suite we got had a separate room, which was a welcome added bonus to our stay.

Nice stay at the Courtyard
Reviewed By NailcutterCame here while in town for a wedding. Titanium benefits was a $10 voucher for food. No other benefits. No housekeeping here either which is going to be the norm. New hotel and clean. Decent bed and bathroom. Fitness center also decent. Nice lobby with room to hang out. Overall nice Courtyard and nice staff.

Great first Impression!
Reviewed By drockcampI had an air bnb problem at 1am, couldn't stay there so I called this hotel. Ellen was more than helpful and friendly. She got me a room, at a very good price considering the last-minute booking. I was skeptical since I have never stayed at a Quality Inn before and this first impression makes me want to come back! Great bang for your buck!

worse hotel ever please do not stay
Reviewed By Natasha TWe were visiting for the weekend and we were going to be a late check and once we got to the hotel we had a funny feeling about it but it was late like 1am in the morning and we had our kids. We got our bags as soon as we hit the entrance to our side of hotel horrible smell of smoke then we got to the elevator it did not work had to go up four flights of stairs with our luggage and kids. The room did not make us feel at home or cozy at all the kids were complaining because we never stayed anywhere this awful before they didn't even want to take a shower or brush their teeth. The couches and chairs were stained the sink was cracked and running all night. It was an odor like we were in a smoking room everything was out dated and we didn't even consider the pool didn't even go that way we stayed one night and left . We called to complain the person said he did not have a number for corporate I would have to call during the week during the day, we called spoke with a woman by the name of Kimberly that said she was GM I asked did she have a boss she said no she is in charge I told her our complaints she told us she would have to go look at the rooms to verify what we are saying and will give us call back. Like really look like based on these reviews people have been complaining about the same thing. I should have read reviews like I usually do but I would never recommend this hotel terrible

Needed a hotel room asap and the staff was great!
Reviewed By rachelcI6993NZI had to reserve a room for my hubby and he was exhausted. He had traveled over night and could not find a hotel that night. Both he tried were full and he was so tired he pulled over and took a nap in his car. I got online and booked a room and called to find out if there was anyway he could get an early check in so he could just take a nap and get some kind of rest. They kindly said sure come on we have a few rooms already ready. No trouble with the online reservation I made or his check in. He had to drive 40 minutes to get there and was able to shower and sleep and felt so much better. The staff were kind and considerate and put him ina room down a hall they had already done all the vacuuming for the day so that no one would wake him. The person who helped us was named Amanda and they should give her a raise! He had driven over 1000 miles in less than 24 hours so he was exhausted and I was concerned that his blood pressure had to be up. And he really needed a quiet place to take a break and recharge and this hotel provided it. As someone who travels often for work, that is not always the case. So it was appreciated!
