Great experience. Clean, quiet, cute retro decor. Convenient parking just outside our door. We were given 2 complimentary drinks at the Tiki Hut on the property and the bartender was phenomenal! He was very personable as were the other guests that were there.

Amazing!

Reviewed By juliedC4552LY

I’m only sad we stayed 3 nights, wish it would have been longer! I can’t wait to return and only to stay at the Carlisle Inn. Everything was wonderful! The front desk women were very nice. Becky was so sweet and thorough and went above and beyond to provide additional details about the premises. It was a very warm welcome that made my husband and I feel very confortable. After we reached our floor, I felt everything looked so beautiful. Our room was so clean and you can tell an effort is being made. The room is so roomy, high ceilings and a comfy bed with comfy pillows. When I go to hotels I feel if I don’t feel comfortable where I’m staying/sleeping, I cannot relax at all. This hotel/room made me feel at ease at once and I was able to sleep so soundly and early too which I had been struggling with. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. You have so much space to park which is free, and the Der Dutchman restaurant owned by the hotel is yummy and has such wonderful customer service. We ate here everyday. Don’t forget to also check their bakery and gift shop. You have it all in one place and not to mention the powdery white sand Siesta Key beach which was perfect and the beach water was also warm. The pool was wonderful and towels are provided. There is also a jacuzzi with jets, very warm. Places we tried which are worth checking out include Rip Fire Pizza & BBQ and Daiquiri Deck. Before sunset we went back to the Siesta Key to check out the beautiful sunset, a few clouds but still beautiful.

Excellent Stay!

Reviewed By I4611FNsabrinar

The service I experienced at this hotel was top notch from checking in with Caleb to always bothering Juliana to grabbing something to drink and other things for my mother with Anne at the café to check out with Chris and Latrease and in between with valets Andres and Patrick - EVERYONE was always so polite, kind and very, very helpful. It made staying there for a conference so much more enjoyable. The room was impeccable and the only negative was that I wish it had a microwave (as I have little ones) but I am sure if I requested one I would have received it, that's how gracious the staff is. The housekeeping staff (shout out to Luz!) were always available and ready to assist in whatever items we needed as well as making sure the room was always stocked well. The location was central to beaches, night life, restaurants and shopping and the hotel shuttle was FABULOUS! Having the in hotel restaurant and the roof top pool made it quite difficult to want to leave the hotel though :-)) I definitely will be returning and highly recommend to all - you get what you pay for at this Westin ;-) !

Perfect Babymoon Spot!

Reviewed By KW252

My husband and I spent a long weekend at the Sarasota Ritz to celebrate our "baby moon" before our first child arrives. The hotel itself is located in downtown Sarasota and is currently (Spring '22) surrounded by quite a bit of construction. However, the hotel is beautiful and has a great bar, restaurant, and pool attached. The service at the pool was lovely and it was tiny and quiet enough to enjoy a slow day. We spent two of our days at the private beach club and used the free shuttle which was very convenient. The beach club has a restaurant, pool (lots of kids, get there early if you want a good seat!), small grab and go cafe, and tons of beach lounges/cabanas/umbrellas. There was also a great little tiki bar/food spot on the beach that we enjoyed. The free shuttle will also take you to St. Armands Circle. This is a great collection of spots to eat and shop. We didn't need to use Uber for the entire weekend (other than to head back to the airport) thanks to the free shuttles! A great weekend getaway for a couple or family!

Great Stay, Lovely Hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights towards the end of our trip, check in was quick, friendly and easy and we helped ourselves to a bag of free popcorn from the complimentary popcorn cart. The room on the 1st floor was spacious, modern and a very nice room. Bathroom was small which consisted of a bath/shower and outside sink/vanity mirror – usable for 2 people but certainly on the tight side. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pool area was one of our favorite places, especially the Jacuzzi! There is an onsite pool bar serving drinks and playing music to add to the relaxing ambiance. There is ample parking, and the hotel is near a number of restaurants and a short 5-10min drive from Siesta Key, so a great location. Highly recommend!

Spent five nights at Lido Key Resort based on family reviews. What a wonderful facility! Wonderful and accommodating staff, beautiful clean privately owned beach, beach chairs and two pools, one for family, and one for adults. We ate at the Tiki bar on site! Great beach food. Had an 11th floor handicap room overlooking the sound, and above the restaurant. So quiet and peaceful ?. Highly recommend this resort to others. St Armands circle was the best for eating out. Loved the sidewalk caressed closeness to shopping!
