Travelers beware! They overbook
Reviewed By ChatWithMatt700 miles from home, I showed up at 9:00pm to check in. Received keys to room and commenced to open the door to an occupied room with luggage opened and on the bed. Went downstairs to inform the front desk the room was occupied. Long story short, I was told the hotel was over-booked and there was nothing they could do except say "sorry". So imagine you're in a small town where everything shuts down at 9pm, you're tired from driving for 10 hours, and you have nowhere to go...this is the situation the Hampton put me in. Conclusion, if you're traveling and planning to arrive late, don't stay at this hotel.

CLC/Day sleeper Beware
Reviewed By 720joshuae1. Staff is discourteous. Do Not disturb signs mean nothing. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the housekeeper knocks every time with the sign hanging on the door handle. 2. Hotel does not honor the CLC 24 hour reservation policy. This is in their CLC contract, but is continually ignored. 3. This would be a 3 star hotel if not for the blatant disregard for customer service. The hotel is clean and beds are decent.

The front desk assisted wuickly when we needed help and when a breakfast order didn’t work out the gentleman serving took it on himself to kill with kindness. We stayed in 3 other Holiday Inns Express Hotels and this was our favorite. I guess we were too tired to notice the noise that some of the other reviews mentioned.

Reviewed By ronalds262Needed a room on short notice and found this motel with good reviews and a decent price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable after a long day of driving in bad weather. They offer a continental breakfast, as well. excellent accommodations, especially for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

Reviewed By RoadGuys2Budget motel on top of their game. Our room was large, well furnished and very comfortable. Micro, fridge, coffee maker, etc. Breakfast was the only thing that was budget here but, still adequate. Easy, friendly check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Dark, dingy
Reviewed By G3213PIlynntHallways are dark as well as the rooms which makes it uninviting. Even lighting in the room is very dim. There was trash under the nightstands. Bathroom floor was sticky. Food was left in the microwave. Tried calling the front desk with no answer. Girl at front desk Sara, was rude and looked like she just woke up or was interrupted from watching movies on her phone. And she is the front desk manager.
