Reviewed By sakarikaGood wifi, but the room overlooking a busy motorway was very noisy. On the positive side the room was clean and beds sturdy. But still it felt more like a dorm than a hostal. Just about ok for a one night stay.

Reviewed By kohsunranaWe all had an awful restless night at this excuse for an establishment. No parking, and all rooms adjacent to a very noisy road. Booking hot in the rooms with no air con or fans. The bathrooms smelled of drains, the beds were back-breakingly uncomfortable, and none of the plug sockets worked. To top it off the owners were totally covid paranoid despite the pandemic ending ages ago, and they charge you for an extra night if you're in the room a second over mid day. Avoid at all costs!

Reviewed By ShiraBD1. Only one staff member designated for check in, check out, parking and all other matters. Over 15 minutes wait just for him to tell us where to park. 2. Parking space provided is extremely narrow and can easily damage car, maneuvering and elevator is time consuming, not accessible without staff help (narrower than any other hotel parking place we stayed at in Spain). 3. Extremely rude staff member that speaks in Spanish to other guest about us (told us he was speaking to them now, but they told us later he was speaking about us), refers only to the male member of the party, threatens to call police when asked for contact information for complaint, and when asked to speak to the manager (As he suggested) handed over the phone to a non-English speaking manager and wouldn’t translate. 4. Cancellation took long, about 15-20 minutes, and seemed to have been prolonged in spite.

Great if you have early morning departure or late night arrival at Granada airport. 24 hour front desk and secure lock- number code entry for guests 24/7. Lovely little bar/ restaurant on premises. Car parking available too. Great budget hotel. Rooms are spacious. All ensuite. Spotlessly clean. The only slight downside is that they do their own laundry and dry towels in the sun- they are like cardboard you will not need a loufer !!! Bedding is fine. - soft and comfortable.

worth only for the strategic position
Reviewed By MarioNaplesBeen there only for one night before catching our flight from Granada airport. The hotel is a three star, with dreams to be of higher category. The structure is huge, rooms are of good size and generally renovated, however they miss some details like the tap of sink totally ruined in a recently renovated bathroom. For breakfast we were addressed to an underground area where there was only a group of Chinese tourists eating. The buffet was therefore salty, with almost no chance of having something sweet. Only available, bread, marmelade (some of them were expired and rotten) and the level of hygiene of dishes was quite poor. There should be more care about these details. Personnel at reception was very kind and helpful, while at buffet there were only two waiters for thee entire group and they spent their time mainly chatting and not replenishing the food. The position of hotel is strategic- 5 km only from Granada airport, but the access from the highway is not intuitive and easy, even with a GPS. We had to drive in circles before being able to enter the parking. Worth for one night if you need to catch an early flight, otherwise there are many other opportunities downtown Granada.
